"Yesterday we stopped for lunch at the Relais de Gascogne. There was a sign to say 'under new management ',this did not put us off. There were 2 blackboards offering a 15.50 euro menu with 3 courses, wine or a 25 Euro menu offering only 2 courses and wine. Having waited a while to be served, we opted for the 15.50 euro menu, only to be told it was ended, finished and we would have to have the 25 euro menu.... We should have been told this before we were seated. However we don 't mind the extra cost if the meal is good. We chose the squid as our first and main course. The squid duly arrived, it was out of a tin, only just luke warm served on cold plates, the parmesan risotto only slightly warmer . Definitely not good food or value for money. The waitress was not interested and neither the pleasant person behind the bar who we paid on the way out. Recommend just order steak and chips if you do have to stop there. We will not go there again we felt let down and ripped off, not up to usual standards of French cuisine."

après un accueil très sympatique ,nous avons dejeunés en terrasse,pour très 13euros/personne. repas simple et efficace par du personnel très pro.Nous reviendrons avecplaisir.

Très bon accueil chaleureux pour ce relais, idéal pou les routiers , grand parking, douches et toilettes ainsi que chambres d'hôtel sont prévues pour eux , la cuisine est bonne et familiale

Enfin un restaurant comme on les aime. En bord de nationale avec une grande terrasse, tout est simple et tout est bon !!Très bon accueil avec des gens charmant.Faites un stop, vous ne serez pas déçu. Visualizza piatti

chaque fois que nous passions devant nous disions il faut s'arreter pour manger samedi dernier nous nous decider de le faire et qu'elle surprise un vrai festin nous sommes sortis de table repus le menu a 21 euros rien a redire

When we came to Les Relais De Gascogne we were unsure how it would be due to all the trucks on the outside . But the food was amazing with a small menu ranging from steak and chips to sardines on an onion tart. For 14 € it includes a choice of starters and mains and desert , coffee and wine. An excellent choice for our lunch out.

vraiment un endroit d'exception avec un personnel d'une grande gentillesse ainsi que les patrons on y mange des choses simples mais bien cuisinées pour un prix de 13 euros vin compris très bon d'ailleurs on s'y arrete avec mon épouse chaque fois que l'on va à bordeaux et l'on est jamais deçu de plus il y a une belle terrasse ombragée Visualizza piatti

tres bon menu du jour toujours different , bon copieux avec le sourire du personnel , ambiance sympa conviviale assiettes pleines et gouteuse , plusieurs menus à partir de 13€ ; vraie entrecote frites fameuse ou cote de boeuf oeuf aux lait a l orange un delice cuisine familiale rapidement servie pour les presses ; une tres bonne adresse et connue vu le nombre de voitures et camions arretes

Simply delightful! My family and I have been travelling around Bordeaux and the surrounding area and sought out Le Relaise Gascogne, having read positive reviews on trip advisor. Well, what a treat! Having eaten at many Bordeaux restaurants which have been somewhat disappointing/mediocre, we headed to St Emilion. Le Relaise Gascogne was super great service and food at a fantastic price in charming surroundings. The outside looks rustic but don’t be deceived an absolute treat!!!
