Quando si cammina attraverso il bellissimo giardino fino alla loggia convertita che ospita questo ristorante, si viene incantati dal edificio medievale e l'interno molto moderno. Il cibo è molto moderno e preparato direttamente alla vista dei commensali.

We highly recommend this petite and superb place in Ferrara. Besides the well cared of environment and the friendly staff, all chef’s creations were excellent. Fish married with very imaginative ingredients even the deserts were a very pleasant surprise as to their materials. Just perfect.

Lemoko is a really nice little restaurant in the centre of Ferrara. Finding it is a bit hard because it is located in a big courtyard next to another restaurant and the sign is quite hard to see. However, once you get there, you realize what a great place it is. It is very small, with only about 5 tables and an open kitchen. The members of staff are very helpful and respectful. The food is absolutely delicious!!! The prices are also quite affordable, considering the high quality of the food. Great experience overall!!!

Siamo stati in questo ristorante per fare una sorpresa ai ragazzi e provare uno dei posti visti a quattro ristoranti. Avevamo con noi anche il nostro cane. Siamo stati accolti tutti in modo davvero cordiale, labrador incluso, in una location spettacolare: un giardino con vista sull' antica limonaia. Piatti ben fatti soprattutto abbiamo apprezzato la tartare di gamberi con panzanella e i tortelli con ragù di crostacei. Anche il dolce ci ha stupito: gelato di caramello salato con popcorn e succo leggermente piccante. e lode al servizio, ci siamo sentiti a casa.

Speravo davvero di apprezzare questo ristorante. Ho trovato le selezioni dal menu poco allettanti, comprese molte proposte riempite con strane combinazioni di ingredienti come il carpaccio di tonno con crema di zucchine e fragole. Amo il pesce e i frutti di mare ma preferisco preparazioni più tradizionali mediterranee e italiane. Sono aperto alle cucine fusion, ma non con combinazioni casuali che non sono allettanti. Il ristorante si trova in un ambiente bellissimo, nei giardini di quello che probabilmente era una villa in città. Il personale è ben addestrato, maturo e molto attento. Rifarei cena qui? Assolutamente no. Lo consiglierei ad altri? No.

It was a little hard to find this restaurant, as it's tucked away but that made it even more enticing. We had lunch in the garden on a beautiful Spring day and what a treat! They started with an amuse bouche which was an anchovy mousse in miniature seeded ice cream cones. So creative and wow! We then shared an appetizer of smoked salmon with Gorgonzola cream and celery that was outstanding. For our main course, my husband had the shrimp stuffed ravioli with squid and anchovy tomato sauce and I had scallops with lime puree and coconut potatoes. Everything was wonderful and being in the garden just added to the delight. We would highly recommend this restaurant.

We were in Ferrara for a day n Googled for a restaurant. We called Lemoko and experienced a superbly executed meal that blew us away. The service was impeccable but what was totally unique was the style of cooking seafood which can only be described as a fusion of Japanese with French and Italian. The raw seafood dishes were totally innovative and delicious. The smoked eel was unforgettable. Tuna tataki had an extra springiness which the chef created though some marinating. The dessert of chevre with ice shavings of figs was heavenly. The restaurant is also located in a superb setting of a quiet garden which provided an extra dose of exclusiveness. During our holiday in Italy we tried several times to eat something out of the ordinary, a little more haute cuisine. We tried this in Bologna, in Venice en Modena, but we found by far the best experience in little Ferrara. In a real romantic charming setting we discovered a small building in a middel of a garden. When we went in, we were welcomed by very friendly team of dedicated people, who explained to us what Lemoko has to offer. Lemoko is all about fish. Of course there is a beautiful á la carte menu, but there were three interesting surprise menu 's, that looked very tempting to us.
