We booked that restaurant, because the meals are good! But we were surprised upon arrival, that we are not accepted because we had been rude to the staff. We wasted time to reach it and were said goodbye. To be honest, I do not understand...anything because I never was rude to staff because ido not speak German. It was a pity, but the rudeness was strange.

The usual checks with covid. Lovely bread with duck fat as a Welcome. Mains: The octopus with pumpkin risotto was excellent . The schnitzel was unfortunately rather average with too much batter to the point that the batter folds on the meat. The meat itself...was too thin. Some amazing accompaniment such as celeriac mash, potatoe fries but the red cabbage was too sweat. The duck to share was good but was rather rich. The deserts of lemon and mango sorbet was good. Good Waitering.

Having enjoyed our first visit so much, we had high expectations and were not disappointed. Roast duck, carved and served table side was highly recommended and this recommendation was well deserved. The duck was cooked absolutely perfect and the side dishes only complimented the great...taste of the duck. The waitstaff are very friendly, and helpful and multilingual for non-German speaking guests. Parking is available in a couple of places next door and should be no problem for those driving. Great restaurant which have quickly made our list of favorites!

My business contact invited me here on my last night in the region. The restaurant is very well laid out and well presented. The server seated me quickly, my contact was already there and beer followed swiftly after. Apparently the speciality is duck,which was tempting...along with many other mouthwatering offerings in the menu. However we both went with the rib eye steak. Cooked to perfection! Even better for me were the Brussel sprouts as a side dish. Quite honestly one of my favourite vegetables, done perfectly. We did see another table have duck and it did look great. A really great meal in a fantastic restaurant which I would recommend.

We have re-visited this restaurant for lunch. The weekly lunch offers are reasonably priced. I have ordered a starter: the soup of the day: that was a paprika soup in foam, some curry I believe was added. The taste was good. The fresh bread was...served. The butter was available upon the request. In addition, I have ordered another starter: beef carpaccio with summer truffle slices and Parmesan, and rucola on top. The quality of beef was excellent, it was delicately cut, as it should be; the white summer truffle also had good taste. So, this meal was perfect. When my wife and me arrived there was nothing known about our reservation. Friendly we got a table anyway. We ordered an aperative which came fast. But as fast came our starters, we didnt even start the aperative. The waiter took the starters back to...the kitchen so we could drink our aperative. The wine recomended by the waiter was nice and also the starters were good. Quick after the starters were finished our main course came. Food was good some items little oversalted. It all felt very hectic, staff is running around. You get ordered and served by different waiters. This gives you a very unpersonal and hectic feeling and mistakes were made... We waited min for our change cause the bill...
