"I had the opportunity to discover this restaurant last Saturday at dinner, for my birthday (30.9 It is my opinion, so it is subjective, it means that it speaks of my experience and that it does not indicate an absolute truth about the restaurant With my husband we took the menu in 7 times to 90 euros with chords and wine (40 had for 3 glasses and agreement without alcohol (20 had it seems to me, for 3 drinks I have been astonished that there is no sommelier drink, the wines are not presented From very beautiful products are worked, there is research but I found that there were too many ingredients, too many different tastes with a dominant sweet (I think especially of the sorbet apple wasabi that I found too sweet and that hid the subtle taste of the houmous, or the strawberry sorbet for the dessert that I also found too sweet, I would have liked to taste something less classic The fish was excellent, the cooking was very successful I also found the quantities too important, it is certainly a bias taken, on my side when I do a 7 time, it is the surprise of the combination of tastes, the discovery of new flavors, the poetry I come to look for, not the quantity. But it's very personal. I also found that there were too many tables for the number of servers, the quality of the service was greatly felt and that is a shame. Attention to customers greatly alters the gustative experience. Finally I would say that there is really potential, with a choice of quality products and a good partnership with local producers, it is good but the value/price ratio could be greatly improved We are on starred restaurants rates (the addition for us was 285 euros with a reality that is more similar to bistronomical I wish a good continuation of the Justine Bonamy Pierre Champion team"

Absolutely delicious. Due to the quality of the dishes (70€ for the degustation menu). We regretted not having taken the wine chord. Our vegetarian friend was saidhyrambique on her vegetarian version.
