"L'Osteria has many restaurants throughout Germany. This one is very nice located on the Inner harbour of Duisburg. The nice terrace is situated on the good side of the water: sunshine! Staff is very friendly and tries to serve as quick as possible. You just...have to look and get their attention. Compliments with a full terrace to serve! We ordered some nice drinks and a pizza Bo. Sorry to say but the taste is rather flat. Perhaps we should have asked for a more spicy pizza? Other people ordered ice creams and cocktails: we must tell you that they looked great!"

The prices on the menu are great, with most dishes being less than The staff is nice, but the service can be a little slow during the busy...hours. I waited for more than minutes to get a table in a Wednesday night, but got a complimentary glass of wine at the bar. Totally recommended.

Ate here with some colleagues. I had the Caprese to start which was very tasty. We all then had Pizzas and they are massive so I did regret having a starter. We shared a couple of bottles of wine and had some pre dinner drinks...and it came to euros with tip. So great value for money with good quality food in a nice location on the harbour. We were visiting family in Erkelenz and they suggested this place. Wow are the pizzas big. This is not your typical German or Italian pizza. Somebody here has visited the US, but these were considered personal pizzas and they more than covered the plate. The...crust was just right and the toppings were outstanding. Also, if you have children they have a play station for them to try out their pizza crust making skills

Nicely located restaurant with perfect pizzas and pastas. Situated at the water side you can enjoy pizzas the size of a car wheel. If that's to much for you, you can share or take a nice pasta. Everything tastes very good. Pasta are al dente...like they should be. Prices are very reasonable! This restaurant is not situated in the centre of Duisburg but if you stay in Duisburg it's worth it to go and visited L'osteria
