"The pizzas we ordered were all well undercooked the center area of the crust was pretty much raw dough , but this believe it or not was not the biggest problem with this restaurant. The customer service was very lacking; the servers were completely uninterested in attending to the customers who had to wait... and wait... and wait basically having to walk up to them to get them to come to the table and do their job ! Lastly, and even more problematic, were the 3-4 children who were allowed to run crazily around the establishment, annoying everyone there who is trying to enjoy a meal out with friends. These children were from a table of a family that seemed like they owned the restaurant or managed the place ? , but whatever the case, these children needed to be taught better behavior particularly when out in public."

Terrible service, long wait times for one entree and a pizza. Pizza was like eating a big cracker with almost no sauce or cheese. Big gimmick terrible service and average food dine somewhere else!

Excellent spot near Kudamm. Good Italian food. Pizzas are great. Pasta not so much (I ordered pasta aglio olio that didn't have it (I still think that is pasta al filetto) good service. I recommend prior reservation because it's always full

Good pizza, but on our day of visit, poor service. They seemed way too understaffed on the day of my visit. I will say for the price, you do get a massive pizza. However, I wish they had options for smaller lunch sizes, but the quality was still good, not great. I will eat elsewhere next time.

Awesome service, awesome food, amazing time! T was way too hot to sit inside after we got seated and instantly were moved outside. Our waitress was very polite, helpful and very sweet towards my daughter. She made it so much easier to enjoy our meal! I've never had a waitress be so interactive before! I ordered the tortellini special, which was absolutely amazing and my friend ordered the risotto!! Both dishes were absolutely amazing! We definitely will be back before our time here in Berlin ends!
