You can also eat well here as a group, but you should make a reservation in advance if you want to sit inside. The location is great, the price-performance ratio is okay overall, the food was very good and is always freshly prepared (you can even watch it when you're sitting in the corner). There are seasonal dishes with a current weekly menu and the coffee is perfect. There was no oat or soy milk, but almond milk was offered. Top. I would deduct half a star because of the waiting time and the prices. Otherwise there is nothing negative, the place is very clean, there is Italian background music and there is a certain atmosphere that invites you to linger. Das macht Spaß. Mitten in der Stadt ein wirklich gutes, schönes und aufgeräumtes Café zu finden, die wissen wie man einen Espresso zubereitet. Und dann auch noch super nett! Top!

Zufällig reingestolpert und begeistert! Ich war auf der Suche nach einem Abendessen und fang eine wirklich süße Location mit aufmerksamer Bedienung und schmackhaftem Essen (Tagliatelle mit Kalbsleber in Tomatensauce). Das Café Louis hat mich sicher nicht zum letzten Mal gesehen.

Geschmacklich war das von mir bestellte Mittagsgericht o.k. Jedoch: Die Kalbsleber war zu Tode gegrillt, sprich: pfurztrocken. Der dazu gelieferte gemischte Salat war o.k., schien mir aber mit einer fertigen Salatsoße angemacht zu sein. Außerdem enthielt er Eisbergsalat – nicht gerade ein Kennzeichen für kulinarische Qualität.

Auch als Gruppe kann man hier gut essen gehen, sollte aber vorher reservieren, wenn man innen sitzen möchte. Die Lage ist top, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist im Ganzen okay, die Speisen waren sehr gut und werden stets frisch zubereitet (man kann sogar wenn man im Eck sitzt dabei zusehen). Es gibt Saisonale Speisen mit aktueller Wochenkarte und der Kaffee ist perfekt. Es gab keine Hafer- und Sojamilch, dafür wurde Mandelmilch angeboten. Top.
