"We booked this pub for a family and friends lunch to celebrate my wife’s 70th birthday. There were 25 of us, ranging from toddler to “senior” (and a puppy)! We’d been at this pub for a Christmas party many years ago and more recently for Sunday lunch. We were given the menu in advance and had a choice of 3 starters, main courses and desserts. They provided table service and everything was served in good time. I had Bang bang chicken to start, followed by chicken curry and apple crumble with custard. All of the food was excellent. We had teas and coffees to go with the birthday cake, which we provided. The room we were in is separate from the rest of the pub, which my daughter and granddaughters were able to decorate, and the pub provided background music which was at a suitable volume for conversation, but loud enough to be appreciated! The room was ours for as long as we wanted, it was after 7pm when the last of us left. I would certainly recommend this pub for this sort of party, Lisa and her staff are very helpful, particularly with the organisation, nothing appeared too much trouble."

we had a great night with beautiful friends in the Forester’s. Bar staff were friendly, courteous and friendly. great relaxed atmosphere with a party vibe. I'm glad to go back soon.

had eaten here for the first time with two friends. was very busy 6pm so must book. beautiful fun atmosphere and friendly staff. had the fish cake special, which was very good. great value, 3 dinners and drinks 50 €. will be back to visit and recommend.

We have just had a great meal, my partner had bangers, mash and onion gravy with bake beans and I had ham, eggs, chips and peas and before 6pm was buy one, get one free so great value both meals were of large portions. Just a appreciation post for The Foresters Arms in Bagshot, I used the private hire room at the back for my nieces 4th birthday. The staff are fantastic, they set the room up for me so the children could have a little dance. We played...our own music and did some arts and crafts. The Buffet food was laid out beautiful and very yummy (and such a reasonable price per head) no charge for using the room. Thank you so much I have a very happy 4 year Old! Wonderful room, incredible staff!

I am a regular customer who goes to this restaurant for dinner on Friday evenings. I always find the food to be very good, especially the pies which I highly recommend. The service is also good. I also sometimes visit during the week for a couple of drinks since it is easily within walking distance. The venue is great because there are three different areas, so even if the bar is busy, you can still enjoy your meal in the restaurant area or a separate bar area. It is often busy but not uncomfortably so. I am happy with the selection of lagers as well, and would highly recommend them. - Mike Emma.
