"I can only describe the experience here as one of the worst we’ve had in Madrid and we live here. From the outside, the place looks cute with nice décor and layout, but from the moment you enter, the staff is nothing short of rude and overbearing. The lady at the front who assigns guests to their table is extremely unpleasant and borderline rude. It almost looks like she prefers you leave the restaurant, which thanks to her and the remaining staff was well achieved. From the second we sat down on the table, this waitress along with what we counted as 4 more waitresses, repeatedly come to your table to ask for what you want to order. While I can appreciate the right kind of attention from staff, this was sadly like a scene out of a very bad comedy. By the time we had ordered drinks, bread, and appetizers, we had counted at least 10 times that each one of the 4 waitresses came to our table in sequence to ask if we want something more. I guarantee that by the time you reach your main meal (on a side note, our polpo tasted like it had just been defrosted in the microwave), you’re eating so fast just to get out of there as quickly as possible! The same woman who assigns you the table at the entrance is the worst as she makes sure to show you her dissatisfaction at every opportunity. Thanks to the staff, we were done with drinks, appetizers and the main meal within less than 1 hour. After complaining to the manager about the horrific experience, we simply received a blank face. Like us, it looked like he wasn’t sure why he was there either."

Un lugar acogedor e intimo, su servicio de sala es excelente, la comida está maravillosamente realizada, con una presentación minimalista y muy cuidada. Un gran acierto.

Very nice establishment. But don’t get fooled by their menu when you see it. If you are lucky, then you get what you ordered. If you get what you ordered, then it’s either raw or overcooked. 40 day aged rib-eye, more like a cut piece from a big mac.

Estuve hace unos años y me gustó mucho. Pero la experiencia de este vez no me gustó. La comida estaba fría. El camarero nos quiso retirar las aceitunas sin nisiwuiera preguntar si habíamos terminado. En la cuenta nos cobraron 2 cañas y una copa de cerveza, cuando las tres eran iguales. Cuál fue niedtra sorpresa al ver que nos cobraron el precio mayor por las tres y mi si quiera nos explicaron el porque del error. Todo muy cutre Visualizza piatti

Make yourself a favor and dont go to this place! I know, it looks pretty and is on a nice neighborhood. But dont be fooled.. From the moment we went into the place we felt the hate! I figured is because we have a baby, dont know.. the waitresses were apathetic and the main waiter (or the owner) the worst. After waiting on the table for 20 minutes he came in like he was doing us a favor and started rushing us. By the way, food was nothing great and the price exorbitant! This kind of place needs to be denounced and punished through patronage..

Sitio muy recomendable. Ubicación en el centro de Madrid entre el Paseo de Recoletos y Serrano, aparcar se hace complicado y hay que utilizar algún parking. Reservamos a través de el tenedor para dos personas, sin ningún problema. El ambiente es estupendo, con una decoración moderna/industrial. El servicio desde el primer momento muy bueno por todos los camareroa, rápido y amable. La carta tiene opciones para todos los gustos, todos los platos muy apetecibles. Nos decidimos por los tacos de atún, un lomo de salmón sobre arroz negro y almejas y una pizza, de postre tarta de queso. Todo muy bueno, muy buena presentación con productos frescos y de calidad.
