"Updated Lovely food, great service from friendly and efficient staff. Prices are fair. Whats not to like, defo going back. That was my review from 2 years ago. Not been since due to living abroad so a visit was a must. How things change. Although the food was slow in coming that wasnt the issue, it was cold on arrival. Portion size was definitely smaller, especially the rice. We had to order extra rice and was shocked at the price and the less than half a cup portion size. That portion was a joke right !!!! For what you get and for the overall portion sizes .. it was well overpriced. It was busy with parties and celebrations so I guess they are now catering for large groups, which is a shame. "The fact that the restaurant didn't have an empty table while we were there emphasises its popularity and based upon our visit for the first time on Saturday 28th October, it has to be because of the quality of the food and service. We were served quickly, the food was tasty and hot and the young waitresses were very attentive in their duties. It didn't bother us that it wasn't licenced. We just took a bottle of wine with us and paid the one pound per person corkage fee which worked out much cheaper than buying restaurant wine. My partner thought that cost wise it was more expensive than other Thai restaurants we have been to. Whether that was the case or not though is immaterial when you consider how satisfied we were with our evening."

"I have never tried Cambodian food, so that this has only made this an unforgettable restaurant trip. it is a really nice caffe that you can see from the cute tablecloths, how the daytime as a teestube doubles (although you also get cabodian food.) it is not cheap, especially for drinks (contrast bunga raya in hazel grove,) but in my view it is good for the quality of eating. we have the early reels and the sriracha chicken wings to start the latter are delightful sticky and sweet and they get 4 big wings to share so big. the early rolls were in order, but I would probably try something else next time, maybe the summer rolls. the nets we thought were really standing by the appetizers as excellent dishes I loved the fish curry (cambodias national court) and bf equally loved his bark carari. if they go on a Friday/Saturday, they should book as it is not so big and pleasantly busy with customers."
