"Gem of a restaurant in Leadenhall Market. A little difficult to spot the entrance intially, but once you climb the rather steep, narrow staircase, the restaurant is welcoming and cosy. Staff are so friendly and the food is ridiculously good. Carpaccio di Manzo and Tortelloni are to die for. Nice selection of very good wines. Food menu is not huge, but is very much a case of 'less is more '. Will certainly go back and wouldn 't hesitate to recommend."

A lovely restaurant in a beautiful and historic spot of London. The food was delicious, service warm and prompt and a lovely atmosphere. Absolutely worth a visit.

I loved this place! The food was amazing, in particular the ragu alla napoletana was to die for. Everything was perfect, food, wine, service and place. My teenaged son and I were warmly welcomed by the hostess and wait staff. We enjoyed a very pleasant meal at this cozy spot above and overlooking the market. We very much enjoyed our starters (tuna and steak carpaccio) and our mains (lamb and tuna). This Osteria has an authentic, family vibe, and our meals were on par with those we've previously enjoyed in Italy!

Osteria del Mercato in central London is a real hidden gem! The welcoming, rustic atmosphere makes you feel like you're really in an Italian osteria. The food is exceptional, full of authentic flavors that transport you straight to Italy, with lo strictly Neapolitan chef, the service is impeccable, the staff is friendly and attentive. I can't wait to go back to enjoy the delicacies of this place again, congratulations to all of you!!!
