"My last experience as an oTTo was disappointing. I ordered a pistachio cappuccino, not bad in itself, except that while drinking it I found part of the PLASTIC label on the pistachio cream in my mouth. But to tell the truth my experience as an oTTo was not particularly disappointing because of this (they are unpleasant events especially when you pay €5 for a cappuccino but they can happen practically anywhere). My experience was definitively ruined by the staff's insistence on NOT ALLOWING THE USE OF THE PC. In fact, even though it wasn't indicated anywhere (and even though the place was half empty) I was forced to leave because I had gone there to study and I needed to use my PC. In short, if you are looking for a place to relax or study on the weekend with your laptop I recommend you avoid this place. I would like to point out that I am really reluctant to write this review for a place that I would have liked to frequent. I highly recommend making your policies clear at the entrance, so as to put people in a position to be able to opt for other alternatives for studying on the weekend, and above all so as not to waste their time."

In a recessed space on Via Sarpi. The climate is peevish and radical chic. I enter and am not even greeted with a greeting. The breakfast choice is rather limited and the croissants, piled up in a cardboard box, seem rather dry. I am asked if I have to study or work and I discover that not only is there a 6 euro fee to do so, but that that price refers to staying until 1pm, at which time you are forced to close your laptop and so on because the tables are for lunch . That is, one pays for breakfast (not the service as it is non-existent) and cannot open a book without being taxed for another 6 euros?
