Fletcher Parkhotel Val Monte

Our room was simple but clean, with a nice view of the garden. Bathroom was clean as well and looked renovated. Staff were very helpful and friendly. All in all, nice hotel at lovely location. We will be coming back Service: 5

Nice place to stay, abundant breakfast, kind personnel, affordable prices for staying. Wheelchair fully accessible, except bath in apartment, is hard to get in or out bath if using wheelchair. Also should be more plug in 220v,especially close to bed is missing. At end, good value for money Service: 5

Hotel ligt in prachtige omgeving. Hotel is wel erg aan renovatie toe. Vloerbedekking met vlekken, afgeblakerde verf. Personeel ontzettend vriendelijk. Ontbijt prima, ook dineren is prima. Het hotel ligt op een mooie locatie, nabij Nijmegen. Helaas, kregen we op dag 2 te maken met een lekkage. Hierdoor waren we genoodzaakt te verplaatsen naar een andere, kleinere kamer. De roomservice liet lang op zich wachten. Tot 2x toe hebben we een uur moeten wachten voor alleen een drankje. Buiten dit, hebben we samen leuke dagen gehad! Een geweldige locatie om een weekend door te brengen in een groot parkachtige omgeving. Ook het ontbijt, de lunch en het diner waren prima. Een vervelend akkefietje was dat er kennelijk honden in het hotel mogen worden toegelaten weliswaar onder voorwaarden echter mijn vrouw heeft daardoor wel enige vlooienbeten op gelopen. Waardoor ze een nacht niet goed heeft geslapen. Desondanks waren de bedden prima. Verder was het personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De parkeerplaats was ruim en gemakkelijk toegankelijk. Ondanks de drukte was er ruime parkeergelegenheid over. We hebben in ieder geval van een heerlijk weekend en van de prachtige omgeving van Val Monte genoten.

I went with my school for a trip here. So I can’t say much about the cost, but from what I can tell, this place is fantastic. I had room 76, and it was large, with a big and small bed, each with different softness on the mattresses. The rooms are big, the bathroom I had was a 9/10, the balconies have fantastic views, the outdoors are beautiful, from all I’ve heard, the staff are friendly, and the birds are singing all the time out on the balcony. It’s truly beautiful. I had breakfast twice and it was fantastic, I didn’t have dinner, and didn’t care for supper, which seemed to be a common opinion. the hotel itself is pretty nice, the room was very clean and the staff was very nice to us, at least. the cons, to me, are: the location itself is very nice because it is in the middle of nature, but if you do not have a car neither a bike, which was my case, then you're kind of screwed, because the rental bikes are not accepted in this area and the hotel is at a 20/30 min. walk from the NEAREST bus station, and you have to walk in the middle of the road (where the cars pass by) through half of the way. also, it is very hard to get a taxi there; they asked us to pay some taxes (18 EUR) that we had not been warned about before. strange...; they offer rental bikes for a super high and unfair p...
