"This morning my husband and I wanted to have a good breakfast and went to the Pasticceria dal Mas, relying on the reviews. The environment smelled good, even the pastry shop was inviting, it was clear that behind all this there was the expert hand of professionals. We were patiently in the queue, while a young lady, named Gloria, was having a conversation with a customer, she had met her several years ago and they both remembered shared places (she was referring to a job and other), all this was taking place while we continued to stand in line, which by then had reached the door. At a certain point my husband 's cell phone rings, we are in Venice for work, and at that moment Miss Gloria stops conversing, after more than 5 minutes, and abruptly invites my husband to move away from the queue and apostrophizes him rude” adding that you don 't answer your cell phone while you 're in line. After about an hour I wanted to go back alone, it seemed right to talk to a manager, I wanted to let Gloria know that my husband is a good person and that she shouldn 't have treated him badly. I came across another discussion that she was having, again, with a lady in line at the checkout who asked her a question, and she rudely pointed out that she was finishing serving a customer. Luckily we spent the rest of the day well and other traders gave us confirmation that there are also people like us: good people."

Questa pasticceria è semplicemente fantastica! Prodotti eccellenti sia da consumare al bancone che da portare a casa. Prezzi giusti! Lontano dal bar Illy nei giardini... dove chi ti serve al bancone non sa nemmeno la differenza tra i caffè che vendono... e infine, last but not least, molto costoso. Appena arrivate a Venezia, abbiamo fatto una sosta in questa pasticceria per colazione e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. Le brioches e i dolci erano squisiti, così come i caffè. Non ci sono posti a sedere, ma è possibile consumare comodamente al bancone o sui tavoli dedicati. Inoltre, c'è la possibilità di acquistare prodotti di loro produzione. Consigliato! Che posto delizioso! Abbiamo preso un paio di quiche, qualche spritz e un croissant. Tutto era perfetto. Per una parte relativamente costosa d'Italia, i loro spritz con Aperol e Campari sono un ottimo affare a soli €3,50. E le quiche? Oh, mio dio. Provate quella al tonno. È stata una sorpresa totalmente fantastica. È stato bello mangiare e bere al bancone all'aperto mentre osservavamo la gente. Lo consiglio vivamente!
