"Carrillada iberica al vino tinto con romero, su pure de patata y verdura (Bäckchen vom Iberico Schwein in a red wine rosemary sauce with potato puree and vegetables) We stayed there for the second time on Fr. 24.03. and were lucky to get one of the last free tables and were there again on 13.04. for the third time. Everything was once again excellent and with an increase. The recommendations of the two ladies who were correct on 24.03. The recommended main food, the “Carrillada iberica al vino tinto con romero, su pure de patata y verdura (Bäckchen vom Iberico Schwein in a red wine rosemary sauce with potato puree and vegetables)” was six-star cuisine and the recommended red wine, the “Coto de Imanz”, not to surpass and great for the main food, gentle and with grain like velvet.
