We went to this restaurant for both lunch and dinner. We tasted the spectacular gnocchi with catch of the day and the baked sea bass, super. In the evening we tasted the pizzas...excellent dough! We'll be back Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Fish pizzeria restaurant located in Elba's living room: Porto Azzurro overlooking the port. The place catches the eye for being well looked after and above all clean. In the kitchen you can find everything from the fresh catch of the day to the chilled product to satisfy out-of-season cravings. The owner's son works at the bakery and is giving a twist to the pizzeria with light and easily digestible dough. The dining room staff is friendly and quick. Service: Dine in

Nice food but when we got our bill it was overstated by over 70€. Not a proper calculated bill from a machine but a manually done bill with a manual sum in the end. The sum did not match the positions. Only after we refused to pay this it was corrected to the correct amount. Very clearly not an error. Additionally to that the service was making pressure that we leave when we were just finished with our food and were still drinking wine. Not recommended, check your bills!

We were looking for a place to dine in on a Monday night and the spots we had preselected were closed. So we had a nice surprise eating in at La Risacca: They are one of the few restaurants who offer more traditional anti-pasti (without seafood) and hence options for vegetarians. As a starter we shared the zucchini flan, the pecorino sauce was soo good. As a main we chose pizza and were not disappointed: The ingredients were fresh, the dough had the right consistency and flavors were on point. We really enjoyed the food. We accompanied the food with some red wine from Elba and enjoyed a nice moment. The staff was attentive and nice, we got a coffee cream as a little attention after our meal....

Excellent food, with attention to detail and refined taste. Given the elegance of the environment, I would have expected a glass jug instead of the original plastic water bottle, which in my opinion is more elegant. However, I would like to point out that this is water from one of the best sources. Friendly waiter but too silent , given the complexity of the dishes I would have expected a description of the various sauces present on almost all the dishes, especially in the house seafood meal. Spaghetti with clams, cooked al dente, with a strong presence of parsley in the sauce. Few clams but overall very good. Mixed fried food, crunchy and free from oil residues.
