"Ordered a starter garlic bread with cheese. Arrived with a lump of cheese on cheese on top. Not evenly spread and very dry. Then waited an hour for main which was worse than the starter. Had ordered a margarita pizza with additional toppings. Toppings were...very dry and were just thrown on top. Not much tomato spread and not much cheese. No flavour or taste. It felt like chewing on cardboard. When I raised this with the waiter I was told that they’re quite busy today with lots of people attending following their exam results. Not sure what this has to do with the quality of the food. No refund given because I ate part of it. Didn’t want to wait another hour so put up with the thing."

on Monday evening to eat. excellent food service. had one of the pasta dishes, the Carbonara dishes tasted beautiful! I also tried the honeycomb cheesecake, loved how it was introduced. personal very pleasant.

Visited today Nov with a friend (early birthday treat for both of us) Everything was great, the service, the food (big portions), could fault nothing. Didn't get the servers name lovely lady with long dark hair. Very helpful, nothing to much trouble. Will certainly...be back.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile. Shannon was very pleasant and helpful throughout my visit. I absolutely loved my meal, especially the garlic bread and peppercorn chocolate dessert. Kudos to the chefs Chris, Mark, Andy, and Voicheck for their delicious creations.

Visited today Sept) with my son we was greeted by Louise who was extremely polite and helpful. We were served by Shannon too who was very polite and friendly. My son was indecisive about what to have so the staff both recommended the...burger we both had this followed by the honeycomb cheese cake and me a latte all food was of high standards ! Overall fantastic service and excellent food will definitely return. Thank you.

My partner and I were seated right away when we arrived at the restaurant. The waitress promptly took our drink order as we browsed the menu. Our drinks arrived quickly and our food order was taken shortly after. The wait for our food was a bit longer, but it was worth it. The food was fresh, hot, and full of delicious flavors. The waitstaff were attentive, polite, and friendly. I would highly recommend dining at this restaurant.

I dined at this restaurant once and had a wonderful experience. However, my second visit was disappointing. We were seated at a table near the toilets, which wasn't ideal. The service was slow and not very attentive. Despite this, the staff were not apologetic and lacked professionalism. We experienced long wait times, dirty plates, empty drinks, and no check back. We even had to search online for the dessert menu. It was clear that the workers were busy, but that is not an excuse for poor service.
