"I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Prezzo. I went for dinner to celebrate my birthday with friends and family on April 1st. Despite the restaurant not being very busy, the service was very poor. We felt ignored by the servers, with only the manager seeming to be attentive. Half of us ordered drinks to be served before the food, while the other half ordered them once the meal arrived. However, no drinks were served until half of our food was already finished. The food was served but left to get cold on our table because we were not given any cutlery to eat with. Despite asking two servers for cutlery, they never returned. The manager eventually arrived and asked how our food was, but we couldn't answer as we had not tasted it yet. I mentioned that this was my third visit to the restaurant and I had bad experiences in the past. I asked for my pasta to be creamy, but it was brought to me dry again. This was the third time I had to send my food back to be recooked, and even when it came back, they simply added some cream, microwaved it, and sent it back to me. I expected better service and tastier pasta from this place. They even forgot to give my son his ice cream that was included in his kids' meal, but later the manager gave us two instead of one (thank you). There were too many mistakes to mention here. This is my third visit in a year, and each time I have encountered problems. I am not alone in my dissatisfaction, as many others have complained about the bland food and poor service. Despite my friends enjoying the lasagne and pizza, I am hesitant about giving Prezzo a fourth chance to make things right."

Lovely meal out this evening in prezzo. Staff in here are so friendly and couldn’t do more for us. Food was delicious as well. Will defiantly be back soon!

My family and I recently dined at Prezzo and had a wonderful meal. Everyone enjoyed their food and the service was excellent. It had been a while since our last visit, but this was by far our best experience yet.

We decided to eat here as the food in our hotel nearby wasn’t good. The staff were so friendly and did their best to fit us in on a busy Saturday night. Service was fantastic. The food was beautiful we had starters, mains and dessert and couldn’t fault anything. We had such a lovely evening, thank you to the manager who was fantastic too.

I consistently have a good dining experience at Prezzo, and this time was no exception. The staff were all welcoming and friendly. However, the only downside was that the restaurant was uncomfortably cold, forcing me to keep my coat on throughout the meal. I wouldn't dine at home with my coat on, so I certainly don't expect to do so in a restaurant. I understand that energy costs are high, but the temperature was noticeably chilly.

Visited Prezzo before the cinema with my parents and 6 year. Food was lovely , tasty and fresh. We have visited a few times before and the food and service was as good as always. I have read a comment complaining about unavailable menu items. There is a shortage across the country at the moment and I have seen signs up in various restaurants and drive thrus so I feel it is unfair to mark restaurants down . Out for the day with my family and popped in for lunch. All well to start with, placed order and starter arrived for little one. We weren’t having one so waited until she was finished. In the meantime 2 tables of people arrived and placed their orders. We sat waiting for 40 mins before getting our main meal! Meanwhile the other 2 tables that came in after us (and placed orders well after us) were served their food first. I had a young child with me and we were so hungry by the time our food arrived I couldn’t tell you if it was good or not. we were regular diners in their restaurant st andrews, so we really miss the prezzo experience as this restaurant has closed. While we were Christmas gifts today, we let ourselves in for lunch and we are so glad that we did. covid Compliance’s were top notch. the restaurant is immaculate and the staff was extremely attentive. starters were the king prawn in chilli and a prawn cocktail were both delicious and just the right portion size. the service time was fast. then we had spaghetti in king's dolls and chicken roast pfeffer and balsamico wow! that's all I can say! the personal had a busy restaurant to visit and make sure that all got the right service. we can not wait to return, well done...
