The food here is very acceptable although nothing special .We thought the drinks prices were well over the top> The service was efficient and friendly

It was my birthday dinner with my partner. Hubert made our night even better! Best person we ever seen in any Italian restaurants! Thank you boy once again!

Dined here at lunchtime whilst visiting Staines. A warm welcome and the service throughout was top notch. One of us had Ravioli and the other spaghetti. The food was nicely presented and very tasty albeit a tad overpricrd

Terrible service. They were not busy and ignored our table for 30 minutes. They were eventually summoned, took the order and didn’t bring drinks for another 15 minutes. We complained and walked out. A total waste of time -Our first time visit, never again.

Attended for my sister’s birthday with family. We were warmly welcomed from the start, and quickly seated. Waitress asked for our drink orders within minutes, followed by food orders. Went into Prezzo Staines for lunch. I tried their new Tusan Sauggages and Lentil Ragu. The Sauggages were OK, but the Lentil Ragu was absolutely delicious. It was so good that I told the staff that it would be delicious on its own with a a pasta. It is a shame that now it is winter they have taken their Ceanti Beef stew off the menu. I find that all the staff that I meet at the Restaurant are all so friendly and helpful.

What rubbish service Started to Serve a meal to us with waitress telling the vegetarian on our table that it was vegetarian bolognese when it was not. Another waitress came and took them to another table, after they had been served to us. Seemed to miss our order, 2 other tables served before us Hot drinks were poorly made, Luke warm and nearly cold. The Amaretto latte was served incorrectly, had to be sent back. Came back with the correct ingredients, but was virtually cold. Had to come up to the counter to ask for milk to go with the tea One dessert was served without the listed accompaniments detailed on the menu. We could have sent it back, but had given up by then!

We waited quite some time for our drinks. My pizza was given to another customer taken back to the pass then brought out to me when my husbands meal was ready. My pizza was lukewarm. I asked a gentleman who I later found out was the manager Gabriel if this pizza was the same one that had been served to another customer. He said he would find out. He didn’t come back, instead he sent the young waitress to tell me yes it was. Was that a problem, did I want her to take it back! I said no. The young lady came back shortly asked if everything was ok, I said not really, she didn’t really know how to deal with the situation, not her fault, bad training I would suggest.
