great eating as always, but only one canvas the gnocchi is on the menu more. if the visit u must try the cocktails as absolutely fantastic.

The nicest place ever. The staff are so welcoming and lovely, The food is so good and presented well. I really love it there. I got a drink and got a second one free because they had new drinks out!!

The waiting staff were very friendly. I have dietary requirements, which were all catered for. A delicious meal. My only criticism is the gluten free pizza base was perhaps too hard. Other than that, the taste was delicious.

Booked a table for lunch, good move, not a spare table to be had by 1pm. Excellent food, starters and mains arrived piping hot and tasted as good as they looked (I would thoroughly recommend the smoked salmon penne pasta) helpful and attentive staff, will be booking again for the near future.

After a long day at work Anna made sure that we were thoroughly looked after. She made good food recommendations and was very efficient. She’s excellent at her job and truly a credit to this company. I could overhear some difficult other customers to which she truly didn’t deserve. Anna thank you for making my evening a good one. Thank you Redhill Prezzo I’ll be back

Service and atmosphere was fine, staff pleasant enough. The food in the chain is just poor compared to its competitors. The starter was as plain as plain gets, mozzarella not even a garnish or rocket to add to your palette. Pizza was dry, 2 basil leaves flour grains stuck to the bottom. Overall just poor food. Maybe the pasta is better, but it’s competitors offer much more quality led food for the same prices.

The food was nice but the service was so bad it was funny. I arrived with my son and the waiter blatantly ignored me, made himself busy before reluctantly showing us to a table. He was chatting and friendly with other customers but for some reason he changed his face every time he spoke to me and was rude and unpleasant. When I got my bill he had added an extra coke which we hadn’t had or asked for, I pointed it out to him and was then questioned on how many cokes we had had and then he said “do you want it to take away then”. That’s just brilliant! We won’t be visiting again.

Such an awful experience this evening due to rude argumentative waitress .Have been visiting the restaurant for at least 7 years regularly .However the last few experiences have been well below average due to rude inexperienced waitresses .Not greeted with a smile .Flippant remarks which the manager put down to being a “Cultural”thing .Very poor excuse in my opinion .Manager tried to intervene but the waitress was having none of it .Get rid of her ! We do not expect to pay over £100 for a meal and feel that we have to not upset the staff by asking for some ketchup .Absolutely disgusting customer service .Sadly I think probably people have this experience but are too polite to complain .You m...
