My freinds food had a hair in and my food had paper all throughout the food. we also had some cold food and a pea in the food.won’t be coming back rude

Very good food all round I think I have had most of it over the last 16 years regular customer for those years and it will stay that way. I would imagine you get hiccups in all these small food takeaways but I really enjoy the food and can always rely on the delivery. Andy Visualizza piatti

This was a disappointing experience. The chips tasted reheated and the ribs seemed frozen. To make matters worse, we found a hair in our food. The meal was not worth the high price we paid. It's a pity because this Chinese takeaway used to be clean and delicious, but it has gone downhill in recent years.

This Chinese restaurant was not the best I've ever had. The best part of the meal was the chips. Unfortunately, we found a couple of hairs in the food that did not belong to anyone in my family, as we all have blonde hair. We don't usually eat here, but our regular Chinese restaurant was closed. We were disappointed despite the good star ratings.

This is an amazing restaurant that offers gluten-free options, which is fantastic. It is the only Chinese restaurant in the area that caters to this dietary need. I have celiac disease and have never had a reaction from eating here. I visit this place once or twice a week because the food is fantastic and the staff is amazing. I frequently use this takeaway because special curry is outstanding and chips are die for however, that was last Friday, this Friday 10th of June it was discusting burnt tasting chips and watered down special curry!!!! All four of us were disapointed and will not be spending our cash £40 there. It could not be a mistake they know what they are doing being greedy, it just does make sence

Have been to Regent many times over past 17 years, but this year the service is terrible. We rang order through was told it will be ready in 30 mins they would ring us. Waited 45 mins no call, but was told it would be another 15 mins. There was no apology. I eventually went to shop got food over 1 hour after ordering it, again no apology. This has happened the last few times I have ordered with them, but NEVER AGAIN, as I will be using the Chinese across the road 'HAPPY HOUSE '.

RUDE service when asking about gluten free!! Have ordered gluten free from them several times before but they seem to pick and choose when they can do gluten free meals at the moment. Call one time and can have gluten free and then the next time you call they are not doing gluten free because they dont have a separate fryer when i am well aware they have. Seems like it is too much trouble for them. I have also been told one time that they are not doing gluten free as it was too busy, so us coeliacs have to go without!! Visualizza piatti
