"Wir haben heute spontan im Bliss gegessen und waren rundum sehr zufrieden. Die verschiedenen veganen Gerichte waren köstlich, die sympatische Inhaberin hat uns bestens beraten und die Ambiance im kleinen Lokal ist sehr stylisch und gemütlich. "The owner, Fong, loves her cooking and is happy to share the flavours and tastes of her home country. This is evident in the food she offers which is always fresh just made and authentic. Dont mistake Lotus for a restaurant, it isn 't, it caters for the lunchtime throng of hungry students and local office workers motivated by gurgling stomachs seeking something different at a good price and Fong more than meets this expectation. Lotus serves up Vietnamese flavored sandwiches and a minimalist lunchtime wok menu (rice noodle dishes) but don 't let this deter you. Everything that comes out of her kitchen tastes great! At one time, she also took lunch orders in advance and prepared them to be delivered just before lunch to the company reception, but I think those days are over. Mind you, if you and your fellow office workers along Perolles Boulevard or in the vicinity haven 't tried Lotus yet, you should. She speaks English and is always happy to serve, which in Switzerland is often a rare trait!"

"The owner is very careful about gluten and was kind enough to pay extra attention to preventing cross-contamination. The gluten-free dough is prepared separately and cooked on its own pan. However, they use the same oven, which poses a risk of contamination. I requested that they place my pizza on a separate side of the oven, and I haven't felt sick. The pizza is delicious, and also my friend enjoyed the gluten-based one as well."

"Situé à l'écart du centre de Fribourg, il faut s'y rendre en Taxi pour éviter de fâcheuses rencontre au retour. La salle qui nous accueille n'est pas top, mais bon, nous ne pouvons pas être tous aux meilleures places. L'acceuil, rien de spécial, il est normal pour ce type d'établissement. On peut de prime abord regretter l'absence de carte et l'imposition d'un menu unique, c'est un risque qui nous concernant fût gagnant. La carte des vins fait la part belle à notre beau pays, mais, égoïstement, elle aurait mérité un peu plus de choix (en blanc) chez nos voisins Français. Une remarque, lorsqu'un flacon n'est plus disponible, le signaler est un minimum ! Globalent une très agreable soirée dans un restaurant qui merite son"
