Evening theater with the meal..fabulous the very current show of the words that made funny disturbing flies were recognized in these exchanges. .the super nice meal the frame. out under the trees..to the top..and to redo..

The food we got was delicious but all dishes were cold dishes and were fish dishes, There was no price list. We sat in the garden pretty nice but everything was a bit grubby. The wine was very expensive and so was the total bill.

The menu is a surprise, there is no menu/guest choice, you eat local foods, have a relaxing evening, the price is also a surprise (but reasonable), we eat all at the same time, just 16 people, one charming couple cooks and serves, there is no waste this way, a fabulous unique location and a nice atmosphere. Fab evening Highly recommend visiting open minded!

If I could give six stars, I would. A great atmosphere, authentic hosts, a magical setting and delicious fresh food. Moules of bouchot dressed in oil and pepper. Big whole anchovies, slightly fried. They were incredibly fresh. A plate of grilled shrimp, still absolutely fresh. Ancient tomatoes. Black rice with calamars and chopped peppery sausages. For dessert, a delicious flan and a melon/fish salad with a mint vinaigrette. We paid 35€ pp and worth every penny.

In all my years of visiting restaurants and reviewing,I have never ever come across a place like this! Hidden away down a dirt track,you will find this very old property that just ouses character! It is run by a lovely couple(crazy may I add!)that produce fresh traditional fayre! It is a get what you 're given experience,no menu,no prices,you just take everything on trust. This restaurant is found at the end of a dirt driveway. We would never have visited by just driving past as it doesn’t look anything special from the road. The hosts have an eccentric charm. There is no menu, no choice, and no price!! The restaurant interior is eclectic and there is a calming atmosphere. The tables are communal. The food was simple but good. The wine, chosen for us, was lovely. We had a great time and truly relaxed. The bill for 2 menus and 2 bottles of wine was 150€!! A little more than we expected. I don’t want to say it, but I think that tourists may get charged more than regulars. I hope I’m wrong.

After reading Paul Jenkins' testimony, we booked 2 days in advance, but it was something else entirely... The garden is abandoned and there are a lot of mosquitoes. We were not entitled to garden furniture with cushions (it was occupied by regulars , but to Formica kitchen chairs. There was a problem with the reservations and there were more of us than expected. Finally we took refuge inside and it was nicer. The menu : Mussels and cockles dressed with oil and pepper: OK Fried anchovies: OK Grilled shrimp: absent. Huge tomatoes in oil: OK Black rice with a few vague pieces of squid and sausages (20 min wait . For dessert, flan with burnt and bitter caramel. Melon/peach salad: absent We paid...

Antoine’s restaurant compares to none other, it is a unique establishment. He cooks, you eat, there is no menu except his own. All diners are expected to arrive for a certain time, and the stage is set for his performance. Ably assisted by his family, the dishes are well prepared and fresh; but ensure you confirm any allergy concerns beforehand, choice of menu is the Chef’s! We enjoyed the experience twice with other couples over a couple of weeks, both a lot of fun, but the menu was much the same each visit, but both times were memorable for our hosts as much as for our fellow guests; and of course for the food and drink!
