Mit mehreren Kollegen zm Abendessen mit jeweils unterschiedlicher Speisewahl.Alles war sehr gut: Service, Essen und die Lokalität an sich.

It is really a nicely located restaurant, surrounded by vineyards, lovely outside sitting. The food is pretty good, quick service even sometimes too quick (the took from our table an unfinished plate without asking and discarded it). Not so cool!

Restaurant with a great view and bright rooms. Also friendly service. On the big menu they had one dish announced as vegan. A spicy chickpeacurry with vegetables, baked onions, rice and sidesalad. The waiter also offered me a vegan applecake, just to determine some minutes later that there is no more left. Oatmilk was also not availabe, but we spent a nice afternoon in the Restaurant and liked the service and food a lot. Updated from previous review on 2023-04-09

Au cours d'une promenade autour de Baden Baden, la chance nous a souri car en arrivant tard on a quand même eu la chance de trouver une place ( la réservation est raisonnable le dimanche midi)Le restaurant se trouve au,milieu des vignes la.vue est particulièrement agréable comme le service d'ailleurs.Dans l'assiette cuisine bourgeoise dit on faisant la part belle au gibier en automne.On peut prendre juste une patisserie l'après-midi.2 remarques : il faut une voiture et je ne comprends pas le classement ridicule (47e) de ce restaurant de qualité.Allez y Visualizza piatti

Le restaurant domine le vignoble ,la vallée du Rhin et au loin on aperçoit les Vosges mais on n'y vient pas que pour la vue . la salle est lumineuse et joliment décorée ,par beau temps on peut aussi profiter de la grande terrasse . On sert une bonne cuisine bourgeoise ,modernisée .Le gibier du pays de Bade est à l'honneur,on trouve aussi des poissons comme la truite, le sandre ,de délicieuses sauces au riesling, les végétariens, voire végétaliens ne sont pas oubliés: que diriez-vous d'un potage mousseux,aérien aux carottes et au gingembre ou de canelloni aux épinards et à la ricotta ? Et pour finir en beauté une coupe de glace à la vanille avec des noisettes grillées(en abondance!) et du car...

We came here on trip advisor reviews because our hotel restaurant was closed. We were not disappointed. We came on a hot sunny day in June and sat outside on the terrace overlooking the vineyards. ( they have plenty of umbrellas, so you sit in the shade)The service was very friendly and attentive. It was packed with Germans (my dad always told me the locals always know where best to eat).We had a 3 course meal for 2 people with wine and beer and coffee for €65. I thought that excellent value. For starters we had a carrot ginger soup and a salad with prawns wrapped in a shredded grilled potato which was surprisingly delicious. For mains - braised beef with homemade dumplings and fresh cranber...

Weinstube Röderswald is in a nice location on a hill, surrounded by vineyards. Went there for lunch. Between us, we had all three vegetarian main courses they offer (Maismehlflädle kind of like a corn pizza calzone Semmelknödel German bread dumplings with creamy mushroom sauce Bandnudeln tagliatelle with tomato spinach cream sauce). All three mains were, in my opinion, quite bland and greasy. The Maismehlfläde were made using deep frozen vegetables and were baked under a butter cheese topping using pre grated Italian hard cheese of the cheap and bitter variety certainly no Grana or Parmigiano.
