"This was our first experience eating in a few weeks ago and I couldn’t feel more uncomfortable when we entered. A very rude and disrespectful woman, short blondish hair), she looked like the owner. She looked at me up and down and failed to say hello- a look of why we were there. When I told her I had a reservation- she was stunned and was very dismissive and after I said we made a reservation she was rather perplexed. We were sat to the table and given one menu to start with. they had a large group dining too- so took up all the menus). There was a nice gentleman who I believe took our booking who was friendly- that’s your lot! Upon ordering, I had forgotten to order a small portion of egg fried rice and when I asked to place an order, the waitress who took our order snapped and said it will take a “long time”. It was for my 3 year old- rice is a staple dish, which does not involve extensive cooking also pre cooked) I found this pretty unreasonable, how could you deny a child food- they didn’t want us there. The food in general was good- however the staff and ambience was abysmal. As an owner, you should be welcoming and friendly- the woman who greeted us- was far from this. She did not want our business as she was seen to pander to the large group of customers she had in the restaurant. A real shame, given this could have been our new local. Note the owner: don’t dismiss people who are coming to your restaurant, we are the people who keep your restaurant going. I would really score this no stars for service or ambience. We had a fantastic meal on Christmas Eve with the family. The food was expertly prepared, delicious, served hot, and very filling. The drinks complemented the meal perfectly, and the after-dinner cocktails were a wonderful addition. It was a beautiful experience with Ananda, Benjy, and Cass. I can't wait to return! This is the first time I write a review for a restaurant. And the first time for the whole of my life they charged me a cup of hot water for 1.5pound!! And it even wasn't listed on the menu！Water is free in a restaurant everywhere! Also they charged me sevice fee, and said it is a must and non-removable. The girl served me wasnt so nice, it was an empty restaurant and she asked me to move to a dirty table! Such a shame! Never come back again! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Really nice food, beautifully cooked. A nice mix of dishes. One of my son's us vegiterian and there was a great selection for him as well as the rest of us. The Korean Chicken was amazing as was the chilly beef. The waitress and owner were very polite and friendly. Highly reccomended. To celebrate a big birthday our family enjoyed a lovely meal together here on a Saturday evening. Food was delicious. But more than that the staff were very friendly, attentive were so considerate to my allergies. Making sure everything I ordered was free of specific allergens. Which was much appreciated. I had a meal out on October 4, 2023, and unfortunately, I was not impressed with the food or the bill, which came to £75 for two people, excluding alcoholic drinks (a small soda water priced at £4.95 and a small sparkling water at £4.95). However, that’s not the main reason for my review. The next evening, I became very ill, experiencing vomiting and diarrhea, which forced me to take two days off work to recover. I didn’t think much of it at first until I learned that the person I dined with had the exact same symptoms within the same timeframe.
