Tolle Küche verbunden mit hochprofessionellem und sehr freundlichem Service. Die Weinpreise sind eher hoch aber die Karte mit Schweizer Weinen ist angemessen. Dies ist allerdings nur eine kleine Kritik. Danke für einen sehr schönen Abend.

We were visiting Gstaad and decided to have dinner at the Summit. Dinner was ok. When the bill came there was a charge of 11 CHF and I asked what this amount was for. It was unbelievable that hot water with lemon was charged. There are many good things about Alpina but this was an absolute shock. I have never experienced this anywhere in the world in hotels which are of Alpina’s star rating or even better. I went to two other hotels and other restaurants to see if this was standat practice; no its not. Reflects lack of class and greed. Visualizza piatti

Ein Traum von kulinarischem Essen in Perfektion kann man im Restaurant Sommet The Alpina Gstaad erleben. Mehrgänge Menu 's sind sehr zu empfehlen. Die Grosszügige Terrasse mit blick auf die Alpen machen das Ambiente Perfekt. Die ganze Hotelanlage ist sehr beeindruckend und sucht seines gleichen. Auch die Weinkarte beherbergt viele edle Tropfen. Das Personal weiss genau wie man Gäste verwöhnt und setzt die Bedienung perfekt um. Das Sommet ist Sicherlich nur für Gäste mit grossen Geldbeutel gedacht. The Alpina Gstaad beherbergt zu dem drei weitere Restaurants.

The service at the Alpina Lounge Bar was top-notch. The staff were attentive and friendly, always ready to make recommendations or mix up a custom cocktail. Speaking of cocktails, the ones at the Alpina Lounge Bar are simply divine. Whether you're in the mood for something classic or more adventurous, the bartenders here will make sure you're satisfied. But it's not just the drinks that make the Alpina Lounge Bar so special. The bar also serves a variety of delicious small plates that are perfect for sharing with friends or enjoying on your own. I particularly enjoyed the charcuterie board, which was loaded with a variety of meats, cheeses, and accoutrements.

Sommet is a seriously good gastronomic restaurant had the tasting menu). Creative, superb quality, one of the better haute cuisine meals I have had for a while.... Of note was a black cod with Asian inspiration, followed by a very traditional venison and duck liver...both were amongst some of the best interpretations I have had of these relatively classic ingredients.... definitely high end one star Michelin level of cooking , combining this with the super luxurious surroundings of the Alpina hotel and always pleasant service ... worth a detour Michelin would say Prices are not inexpensive, but with a very good regional and affordable) Swiss wine list , not that much more than an evening mea...
