The food was good however the whole experience was ruined by music so loud you had to shout at each other. The service was poor and the menu could only be accessed by a QR code.

The food at this restaurant is incredible, and the shisha is the best I have ever had. This place definitely deserves all the praise it gets. I highly recommend it to everyone. 10/10.

We visited this place with my place and it was amazing experience. When I entered this place I wanted to say “wow”. Service was spot on, food presented amazingly and all the flavours were there. Definitely will be back.

Booked for Saturday night paid £50 deposit fee to be deducted from the bill. Got a bill of £192 no deposit deduction. Upon questioning was told it was deducted and I was to drunk to remember. Honestly rude rude rude avoid its all a scam !!!!!

Customer service was appalling. We were seated but had to wait for 20 minutes before being served. You couldn't talk to each other because the music was so loud. I paid £51 for a disgustingly overpriced shisha. I will never be returning here again. Visualizza piatti

The service at this restaurant was terrible. We waited 35 minutes for our cocktails because they had forgotten to make them, and we were basically ignored the entire night by the staff. Even though the restaurant was quiet and there were plenty of staff, we still felt ignored. The only pleasant staff members were the security personnel.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! There’s something really underhand going on here. They require you to spend minimum £30 per person and are really rude and angry at you if you don’t, and you have to pay CASH ONLY!!!! I’m absolutely stunned!!!! They don’t even tell you this beforehand and the food and drinks were already a disappointment, way below standard. Save your money!! Terrible customer service!! As a couple just wanting a nice evening meal this was an absolutely horrendous experience.

We had a fantastic birthday celebration for our two friends at Syon Lounge. The food was delicious and prepared with care, especially the fresh sushi and vegetarian options like cauliflower. The staff were friendly and attentive, and even surprised one of our friends with a sweet mango or passion fruit cake for their birthday. The cocktails were amazing, with the Hummingbird being my favorite. The shisha experience was top-notch and I was impressed by the modern atmosphere. I heard they have belly dancers on Fridays, which makes me excited to return. I highly recommend Syon Lounge for a date night or night out with friends.
