"In mid-July (on the 15th), four of us visiting from the US enjoyed four fantastic dinners at Tabbs! I took a chance and ordered hake, which I wasn't familiar with, and I'm so glad I did because it was prepared excellently. I doubt I'll order it anywhere else, as I don't want to tarnish the wonderful memory of your chef's artistry. From start to finish, our meals were perfect—beautifully served, professionally presented, and absolutely delicious. What a hidden gem we stumbled upon! We wish we could live in Turo to become regulars; your locals are truly lucky. Thank you for such a delightful experience!"

We always book a table at Tabbs (if we can, because it's so popular) when visiting Truro, Cornwall. There's always something for your individual taste buds, plus a varied wine list. If you're a couple wanting to treat yourselves and have an extra special, another level, meal experience. I can't recommend Nigel Debbie Tabbs enough! Visualizza piatti

The food was good but not 'special night out ' good. Looking at some of the previous reviews, the menu we had didn 't seem as exciting as others. The duck terrine was very nicely presented but not much taste of duck. The fish (hake and ray) was excellent but rather overwhelmed by the smoked paprika oil on the potatoes. As an aside, the background music was tormented rather than comforting, but they did kindly turn it down.

Excellent Great food, fantastic service. A chef with passion. Thank you so much for a great meal and accommodating my dietary needs. We are back home and have told everyone about you!
