"I have emailed twice and gave my thoughts regarding our recent visit when asked for feedback (as we used the app to order) but have still not received a reply, hence my review on here: We were there to celebrate our nieces 21st birthday and the table of ten had been booked in advance however when we arrived we were initially told there were no bookings at all that evening. Eventually we we showed to a table, we are not sure if that table was hastily arranged or not but it was not a good start. We initially bought drinks at the bar. Some of the party ordered meals and drinks at the bar but we (family of four) ordered using the app, the details of our order were in the emails and feedback previously sent. When our meals arrived there were issues with two our of four meals, one meal was completely incorrect instead of smothered chicken we received a chicken burger so this was sent back to the kitchen to be changed. The spicy burger didn’t have the extra cheese which was paid for, this was also sent back to the kitchen but it came back exactly the same. We queried this again and we’re told that some cheese had been inserted BETWEEN the burgers but to us it looked exactly the same, a small bowl of grated cheese was brought out however this should have been melted on the burger. The other meals arrived but we couldn't start to eat because we had no cutlery, my father in law asked FOUR times before any was brought over to us so by then some meals were quite cold and even then there was not enough to go round and only a few napkins between 10 of us so we had to request more. At this point we were told my step daughters incorrect meal would be out ‘in a minute’ but this didn’t turn up for another 20 minutes by which time everyone else had finished eating and were ordering desserts. We opted for 4 of the rocky road sundaes and these arrived in dishes rather than the pictured sundae dishes and with no marshmallows. I’m not sure if there were issues with most of the other meals but my mother in laws cowboy burgers were both burnt on the outside and pink in he middle, burgers CANNOT be served unless throughly cooked through! This is a health hazard, needless to say she did not eat all the burger so much of her meal was wasted. The girl serving was pleasant enough and tried to help and although it was fairly quiet she was upset and crying because of problems on another table so we did not want to upset her further by mentioning some of the problems. But the experience was very disappointing especially as we were looking forward to this celebratory meal and the fact that no one has been in touch about these problems shows how little they care. One to avoid I’m afraid."

I went to this restaurant with my family. The pub was clean and well-maintained, and our server Lilly was friendly and polite. Despite being busy, Lilly remained professional and made us feel very welcome. We would definitely return again in the future. Visualizza piatti

Amazing and welcoming food hot and lovely service second to none they definitely know how to look after their customers Meg was fantastic , we did book our table for 3 but was on table number 1 thanks for the lovely atmosphere my granddaughter thoroughly enjoyed it A*

The food was average, but the service was very lacking. We had to clear our own plates and glasses, and the restaurant looked extremely messy. The toilets had not been cleaned in hours, despite there being plenty of staff standing around and very few customers present. Overall, not a great experience. #Avoid this restaurant for your dining needs.

Great little food spot, with a convivial atmosphere, just off the off the Jubilee Bridge in Runcorn with ample parking. Meg and the team happy and dedicated with a strong customer focus. Menu options are excellent and varied, and food arrives hot , well presented and tasty. We received a discount voucher through our door but we will be happy to pay full price in the future, we are very glad to find this gem of a pub... Visualizza piatti

We went to ten lock fight because we were Hank Marvin and the weather was nice. Instead of firing up the barbie or throwing an Iceland £1 curry in the microwave we decided to live a little, throw caution to the wind and get fat. Meg was wonderful and took our card payments with exceptional speed and agility whilst working under extreme pressure as the bar was heaving! The food was fantastic and our little pain in the arse buggerd off with his new friends leaving us to eat and get sloshed in peace.

Visited Tenlock Flight today and had a disappointing experience. We waited 15 minutes to be served because there was only one person working the bar, serving food, setting the table, and making drinks for guests. When we finally received our food, the potatoes were reheated, the mashed potatoes were lukewarm, and the beef was overcooked and dry. The chicken burgers were also subpar. My grandson, however, enjoyed the food, but I was not impressed. I almost left before being served, but decided to stay. My grandson doesn't want to return to this restaurant again.
