Very friendly welcome and service. Good well presented beer. Food was excellent, vegetarian food was exceptional it was so nice to be offered a choice other than a burger.

Got a parking fine, even though I used their little machine to put my reg in. Now have to appeal a £60 parking ticket. Lots of hustle just for a drink! Otherwise lovely pub with a great selection of beers. Just sort your parking out please! Visualizza piatti

I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant that I had not visited in a while. It is a beautiful location right on the waterfront. The prices are very reasonable and the food was delicious with excellent quality. The staff was friendly and attentive.

This isn't some cordon bleu eaterie but the food is delicious; the staff are efficient and friendly; the décor is natural and unspoilt, and they have a nice garden overlooking the canal which has a lovely peaceful atmosphere and no hideous piped music like some places.

This restaurant is a beautiful place to sit by the river, enjoy a few drinks with good friends, and people watch. The staff was very courteous and knowledgeable, and they enthusiastically described the beer and apple wines to us. The experience did not disappoint, and we had a great afternoon. Thank you! My family and I went for Sunday dinner at this restaurant. The meal was fantastic, which is rare for us to say about Sunday lunches. The atmosphere was beautiful, clean, and tidy, with lovely staff and customers. The restaurant is also dog-friendly, so we enjoyed watching a cute puppy running around. We give it 5 stars and encourage them to keep up the good work.

they barged Inn-to our lives and now we love them! Our family spreads quite in the south of the united kingdom of kings and Italians and the barge inn was the suitable place to meet after good reviews of the new property. how true they were! the main staff here was nothing but a joy, and eating (we had the sunday roast) was tasty, filling and very humble. I would say we will return, but this is actually our second visit! if they have not tried this welcoming, friendly pub or their wonderful eating, they try it. Thanks to somerset jim next to the bar that made my day!

Lovely place and a good location for an overnight stay. Right by the lock so plenty of interesting canal life to watch. Gluten free options were available but staff weren't fully trained so didn't understand gluten issues. I ordered a gluten free steak and chips and when it arrived I was suspicious that my meal had onion rings. Luckily I double checked and they took my meal away. Neither chips nor onion rings were gluten free. They did immediately cook them again for me. At breakfast they didn't have gluten free sausage but they did have toast.
