"I want to give a heads-up to everyone about my experience. My family reserved a table at The BARN for a special meal a month in advance. We confirmed the request in their diary, organized the deposit, and submitted our pre-order. However, just nine days before our reservation, we received a call informing us that our booking had been double-booked and was canceled. It was an incredibly distressing moment, and we were never contacted about this cancellation. The customer service here was very disappointing. Thankfully, The Penny Farthing in Llantrisant came through for us and made our evening truly memorable."

Delicious food and the fillet steak was excellent; the staff were very friendly as well. We all had a great time and can't wait for our next visit!

Slow service after ordering food and paying we waited 45 minutes (for burger after enquiring with a look of disbelief and bewilderment from the staff we requested our money back and left. We try and support local businesses however this was the third time we attempted and to no avail the service remains the same, unfortunate really as the setting is nice Visualizza piatti

Worst pub lunch I've ever had. The food took nearly an hour to arrive, and when it finally did, it was terrible! The staff, who looked unkempt, offered endless excuses, and the dirty cutlery only made matters worse. There was a complete lack of customer service, as the staff kept disappearing whenever we tried to inquire about the status of our meals. This place is awful—definitely avoid it.
