Had a lovely meal at the Ceasars last night. Service was excellent , the staff lovely and the steaks superb. Highly recommended!

This restaurant is fantastic and one of the top dining options in South Wales. The food is exceptional and the staff are excellent.

Birthday celebration. The waiting staff were young and did not understand dining etiquette. Plates removed whilst party still eating. No time between courses. At end of meal dessert menu was provided and a young man asked ' 'what do you want '! Felt the lack of professionalism left the place down. Will not return anytime soon. Visualizza piatti

The restaurant looks very impressive with its counter thar you can choose your courses from. Food is well presented. Staff are very friendly and efficient although for a quality restaurant I would have expected them to be to have a more smarter uniformed dress. Desserts all looked amazing. My only real criticism was how cold it was. We were sat on top of a radiator and although it was piping hot it didn't seem to warm the room. It may have been better as there were no diners in the conservatory area if they had closed the doors to keep the main room warmer. Was glad to get in the car home for a warm.

Visited on 9/1/24 13.15 hrs. Been several times and it was my wife’s b/day. Food and service very good. Virtually every diner was, like us, OAPS. People entered, took coats off and most of them put them back on straight away because the place was so cold. 3 large ceiling fans going full blast made things worse, I mentioned it to staff who turned 2 off but it made little difference. They apologised and said it was like this for some time and they couldn’t improve it.As people finished eating they left straight away not , I feel, because they wanted to but because they had to to get warm in their cars. Owner needs to address this problem or risk losing the grey brigade.I will return again but...

I have never written a negative review before, but I was shocked at how bad our experience was at this restaurant. I don't understand how it remains so popular. We went there with family for a birthday meal and, although it was busy, we waited over an hour for our food. When we asked about our food after an hour, the waitress just said it wouldn't be long and that she was hungry too. There was no apology for the wait and the quality of the food did not justify the price. The cod was watery and the steak was overcooked. A simple apology and some bread while we waited would have been appreciated. When we paid the bill and expressed our disappointment, the head waiter simply said he would take... Visualizza piatti
