I ordered via Uber eats and the delivery never arrived establishment states not there problem take it up with delivery driver however they will have contract with Uber eats surely they can contact Uber on your behalf end of the day I now have no food

Outstanding Indian food and lovely friendly staff. We had five Indian meals during our visit to UK, this was by far the best. The portions were extremely generous the vegetable sides were the size of mains. Everything was absolutely delicious. They are also employing a beautiful young Ukrainian girl. Good on you. What a dump The gents toilets stank of urine because the water to the urinals had been vandalised. There was no toilet paper and no soap to wash your hands and the electric dryer didn’t work. When I confronted the barman he was nonchalant and said “it is what it is “ If you want food in a restaurant or bar, look at the toilets to see how seriously they take cleanliness. This dump failed miserably, I won’t be visiting this doss house anymore

Disgusting management, needs to reconsider his calling in life coz managing a pub and being Customer facing defo is not the right one, rude to regulars and believes them to be (in his own words) illiterate…. And again in his own words will make it as difficult as possible for regulars to drink there as he will hike the prices so high it will bring tears to their eyes…..I mean you run a bar in Bedfont sweetie not Kensington, regulars is what you rely on huns!!

Ordered food the previous night which was inedible Brian (the manager) we were promised a replacement the next day. We went in the next day but we only wanted partial of the order as it went from 4 people to 2 people so in reality they would have been financially better off.Instead of a refund for the other 2 meals we just asked for some samosas. He said we would have to pay for that. He offered us a complete refund but barred us from going there again. Which is unfair as my partner and family have been going there for over 10 years. Let's start with the positives. 1. The decor was nice, spacious and open 2. Service was professional 3. Prices were ok. 4.food portions were huge and food was hot Now the problems. 1. We were a family of 4 with a toddler sitting in the restaurant area. The food took quite a while to arrive. 2. The chips were hot on the outside but hard and undercooked on the inside. 3. We were sitting right by a flat screen tv which was off to begin with. The football came on and 5 flat screens including the one next to us was turned on and the sound up to full blast.
