a nice lunch here for the Mother's Day on a beautiful early afternoon. for about 20 years the environment is still untouched, eating was delicious, service exceptional and the surprise of a free gift for the mother was a beautiful note and much appreciated. will definitely return.

we ate here during the visit of edinburgh at the weekend of 19-2-22. nice little pub. we were a big party and they bent backwards to accommodate us. eating was excellent, and the service was very attentive, especially alistair our waiter. nothing was too much annoyed for him. Top brands alistair.

I was the first EVER person to have a chai tea/latte and it was pretty good, I loved it! I also loved the meal but it was a but too much for me, my eyes were bigger than my stomach... but otherwise it was really good, also loved the service! visited on 30th april with friends for a meal. the evening started as well as bridge inn transport sent to pick us up, so no one had to drive. very friendly. the meal was amazing, menu not far, but enough to choose. eat all very delicious and well presented. the staff were all very friendly and helpful, in the position to explain everything that was on the menu. cocktails were also amazing.

we stumbled over this beautiful pub during our first day in ratho and we were blown away from the quality of eating. I think they have 2 menus and on our first day we had the more ‘Pub food’ menu, but it was really delicious. we had fish and chips (handy recommend this) and my friend had the cattle burger. we loved it so much, so decided to go back for our last night. this time we had the fine dining menu and, wow, it was so divine. the personal is very friendly and accommodating. I recommend a visit here.

we have an impromptu lunch. we had to find a waiter to take our order. the starters took old and were tasteless. I even had to wait until my best come after they brought my starter. we were not asked if we were in order for drinks between the curses. the mains took forever! Soggy batteries on my partner fish. my head was pleasant, but eating is just a little overpriced for what it is. we were never asked if everything was in order with our meal. a really nice environment and friendly staff, but bad price-performance ratio not the largest customer service. not even asked on the way out when everything was in order with our meal! they like to take their money .. repaid the obligatory surcharge...
