Ein wunderschönes Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundliches, professionell und hilfsbereit. Die Suite war grossartig. Sehr gross, chic eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Das Essen war eine Freude für den Gaumen, tolle Vegetarische und Vegane Gerichte. Wir freuen uns bereits auf drn nächsten Besuch.

Gutes Haus schlecht geführt: von Empfang bis zum General Manager. Hardware: Top! Software: Flop! Das Skigebiet ist für Anfänger OK, mehr aber nicht. Einziger Grund in Andermatt Urlaub zu machen ist The Chedi Andermatt , denn das Haus ist außerordentlich interessant . Durch das unmotivierte, unfähige, selbstgefällige Personal und einen arroganten über alles erhabenen Manager bricht das ganze Erlebnis zusammen. Nachtrag: Sehr geehrter Hr. Hier wirklich das maximum aus einem Hotel ausgeholt. Bei der Ankunft wird einem ein warmes Handtuch, ein selbstgemachter Brownie und ein warmer Tee Angeboten. In meinem Zimmer (war auch eine Suite) ein schöner Kamin, der alles noch gemütlicher machte. Der Aussenpool war genial, vorallem im Winter. Kann ich mir empfehlen. Bitte macht weiter so. Rooms: Die Räume sind genial. Wirklich ein Maximum. Nearby activities: Es gibt verschiedene Möglichkeiten. Safety: Die Sicherheit ist gut, da auch die Reception 24h besetzt ist. Walkability: Es gibt nicht wirklich vieles. Noteworthy details: Das Hotel ist sehr toll.

Die wunderschöne Suite, das professionelle freundliche Personal und das einzigartige Ambiente im Chedi unvergesslich. Das Spa ist leider überfüllt und zu klein für die Grösse des Hotels, da kommt kaum Entspannung auf. Das Dinner und Frühstück war durchschnittlich, Standard für mittelmässige 4 Sterne, kein besonderes Erlebnis weder geschmacklich, noch von der Auswahl. Das Lowlight: Die defekte Heizung in der leider dadurch schlaflosen Nacht war ein riesiger Dämpfer. Fitness Spa am nächsten Morgen unmöglich, wir waren zu gerädert. Die Parkgebühr wurde uns dafür erlassen... naja. Das entschädigt natürlich nicht, da wäre definitiv eine grössere Geste angebracht gewesen. Sehr schade! Zusatz: Da w...
