Great Sunday lunchtime menu. A choice of carvery or bar menu. Good sized portions piping hot food. Staff were professional polite.

first visit after recommended by friends and found the pub very well decorated and comfortable. the staff was very polite and eating was good. worth a visit.

a very pleasant experience. the kitchen is proud of what they produce. very delicious food and a varied menu. All four of us chose another main course and we were all delighted with our choice. The food at this restaurant is delicious and the woman who manages the bar is charming and adorable. There is a good variety of vegetarian, meat, and fish dishes to choose from. The beer garden by the river is a great addition, especially during the summer, and is definitely worth the journey for a relaxing experience.

This restaurant is located in a great area and offers a diverse menu to cater to all preferences. We enjoyed starting the meal with baked Camembert accompanied by a selection of bread. I chose the duck breast for my main course, while my husband opted for the steak pie. The portions were generous and we also had drinks, including beer and wine. Our total bill came to £70.

first visit after a recommendation. on Saturday evening with friends after the recommendation. the food was delicious and well cooked we had the gammon, jäger huhn, blue burger and the huh and the braut. all were good portions and all thought they were delicious. The...menu has a good choice that made the choice difficult, as we all wanted several of the articles. our solution for this dilemma is to return so that we can work our way through the menu. worth a visit.

Last night, we dined at the Ferryboat Bar and Kitchen. This charming pub is located on the riverbank and features plenty of outdoor seating and play areas for children. Despite the cold weather, we were able to enjoy the warmth and comfort inside the pub. Although the restaurant was only half full, some of our friends had trouble securing a booking as they were told it was fully booked. The food was decent overall, with the exception of overcooked chips and battered fish. The sirloin steak, lamb koftas, and chicken Caesar salad were all enjoyable. I’ve been 3 times now within the past couple of months; once with my friend and twice with my partner. First time I had prawn cocktail and hunter’s chicken. Due to a food intolerance to chillis/peppers, I asked the waitress if they could check whether...the bbq sauce had chillis in. This was no problem. It did have chillis in so the waitress said they’d be able to do another sauce, and so I settled on a garlic sauce instead. I was genuinely surprised at how far they went, after I’m often left feeling like an inconvenience to ask about ingredients in sauces etc but they couldn’t have been more accommodating and willing to help (especially after they said they could do another sauce as I conte...
