Distinctly average food at this nevertheless busy pub. A vast menu, which could be the problem. Parking in road. Small garden. Ladies loo tired. Sorry, but not for us.

I had a great experience at this pub today. The lunch was excellent and the kitchen staff clearly know what they are doing. The beer was also great and overall, a meal at this pub is good value. It was a refreshing change from the usual options in West Sussex. Thank you.

The staff try to be pleasant but don’t succeed; the food tries to be good but doesn’t succeed; the ambiance is dire and most of this comes from the landlord who probably should have gone into a different line of work; I really am having difficulty finding anything positive to say about this pub. good place to go if they want only one brunch in the neighbourhood of north fulham. the fish and chips are really worth a try. a huge part and the fish became decent with beer tender, crispy outside and gives them a juicy bite as the filet is from very fresh fish. the service is good and fast on midday.

I had Sunday lunch here with family. It's a nice pub with a good atmosphere. We had the roast, which was OK but nothing special. The lamb was quite dry not much of it. However, the price of the roast was the same no matter which meat you have, which means it was good value. I'd go back but try a different dish.

because hammersmith is deeply connected to the river, this pub clearly represents this connection. sunny day in london? in desire for a pint and some outdoor relax? this is a nice place for it! good variety of beers, busy but good environment. and one of the best sharing tablets I had in london to go with the cold beer. Came her for Sunday lunch there were 8 of us, Superb food, portions were just right, all plates of food was hot. Service was spot on staff were attentive friendly and just as customer service should be, all drinks were bought over to us didnt have to wait at the bar for anything. Will definatley be returning here. Thanks for making my mum and brothers birthday lunch great

Today, I had lunch at Franklin Armstrong. It was not up to its usual standard. We had to wait a long time for our food, and my usual meal did not taste as good as it usually does. To make matters worse, we were charged £1 for a jug of water, something that has never happened to me at any other pub I have eaten at. It was disappointing, especially considering some of us in the group also ordered alcohol and soft drinks.

We have enjoyed some wonderful meals at this restaurant in the past, but our most recent experience has left us hesitant to return. We ordered only one course during a weekday lunch at noon for three people, but had to wait a staggering 90 minutes for our food to arrive. By the time it finally came, we were famished. Unfortunately, some items were missing from our order, and there was no apology for the long wait. When we provided honest feedback upon paying, we were told that the delay was due to a new chef, which was not reassuring.
