The restaurant consistently provides delicious food and excellent service. Our family enjoyed another fantastic meal with exceptional service from the staff.

Had a delicious dinner here the plate of food was massive and really filling. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Service was great nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Would return if I have the chance.

Two of my friends decided to try out this restaurant based on my recommendation. They couldn't stop talking about how amazing the Cajun chicken enchiladas were and both agreed that they were the best enchiladas they have ever had.

We booked a table for 6pm and was told it could be a 45min wait. I understand restaurants are bust on a Sat night but that is why we booked a week in advance . We ended up cancelling so this is not a review on the food purely the unorganised Kaos

Love this place, the food is plentiful and reasonably priced, not to mention delicious. I brought my grandchildren here and believe it or not it was cheaper than McDonalds and the burgers they had looked so much more appealing. We were really looking forward to eating here as was highly recommended. At first I though my son just ordered the wrong dish, but each of our meals was horrible . I did mention to the girl my son couldn’t even eat his but she was like oh that’s ok . He got the Manhattan sizzler which was basically soup with a few pieces of steak ,that were over cooked onions and mushrooms We did get dessert and it was ok but we would never return

The Glenny is a beloved restaurant in Dumbarton that everyone frequents. The food is amazing, with generous portion sizes and reasonable prices. There is a wide variety of options available. The restaurant now offers a convenient home delivery and collection service, which is wonderful. They also have a great selection of cocktails that you can enjoy at home or in the restaurant. The cocktails are delicious and I highly recommend trying them, especially since they are only £6/£7. The Glenny is a hidden gem in Dumbarton, but be sure to book a table in advance as it is always busy.

As i say, book ahead. Food wise, the enchiladas are the best in the area, but the daily specials mean daily special. They weren't on yesterday, probably won't be on tomorrow so if you want one, order it. Chef will believe you if you order rare steak or duck (both on the specials), and can also do things like cooking scallops properly. The bar staff will actually mix cocktails properly. I ordered a Virgin Mary and got the full service with the cocktail shaker, not just a few drops of Tabasco in a glass then add a bottle of tomato juice.
