"On first impressions I was underwhelmed. The interior is simple, like that of an Aegean coastal village, washed blue woodwork, white tiles and simple wooden tables and chairs. Not particularly loving the fake vines and flowers on the ceiling. That added nothing to the ambiance except looking cheap and gathering dust. The restaurant was a lot smaller than expected, but cosy. Authentic greek music playing in the background,but not too loud, making the atmosphere feel very relaxed and comfortable. Clientele were a mixture of cultures including Greek or Cypriot, which is usually a good indication of the quality and authenticity of the food. Service was attentive and tables were sanitised before being seated. Hand sanitizer also available on each table and strictly table service, which most of us prefer. Going forward I hope this remains. The menu isn't crowded, cold meze dishes and hot meze dishes, should you wish to pick and mix as a party. Plus meals from the grill which consist of Gyros,Koftas, Sausage and cutlets. There is a specials board with traditional Greek dishes, such as moussaka. I opted for the Chicken Platter and a Greek salad . If eating a meze the dishes are brought out in order of preparation, cold first. This is a traditional way to dine. Greek wines and desserts are also available. The platter was a sight to behold, in hindsight I shouldn't have ordered the Greek salad as there was plenty on the platter. The chicken was delicious, shredded and very tasty. The food was very fresh and simply seasoned. This however was very clever as it complimented the freshness of the salad. Sliced pitta, skin on fries and homemade tsatziki dip also included on the platter. I definitely couldn't finish it all. My only criticism is that I would have liked to see Greek rice as an option, homemade flatbread and there was an overkill of green peppers in the salad. Overall it was a pleasure to visit with a hipster vibe. Ample parking on the avenue at the front. I would definitely recommend. The most popular dish appears to be the Gyros. Go on, go greek!"

Delicious, fresh Greek food combined with a fantastic service! Highly recommend the Mixed Grill board for two, which actually has a lot more than we expected. The 2 Greek desserts were also amazing.

the first time that we have visited the grieche and what a fabulous experience that was. eating is amazing, both taste and presentation. generous portions and cheap. will soon be visited again. highly recommended.

Food was delicious, my husband and I were craving Greek and this was exactly what we wanted. A specific shout out to the Gyros which my husband wanted with Chicken and Pork and they were more than happy to do that for him.

Had another fabulous meal from here . Staff are welcoming and friendly . Tzatziki is amazing . Food is really really good especially halloumi! Will be going back . The decor is just lovely especially the painted village on the wall really adds to the feel of the Greek x

My partner and I went to this restaurant for the first time last night to celebrate our anniversary. We were able to get a last-minute booking. As soon as we walked in, we felt very welcomed. The staff were very kind and friendly. The food was delicious - this was only my second time trying Greek cuisine, but it definitely exceeded my expectations. The prices were reasonable and you get a generous portion of food. I highly recommend this restaurant and we will definitely be coming back again in the future.

I've had a meal here quite a few times. Food is lovely. But unfortunately last night was not so good If you like cats and don't have a problem with the waitress picking up a cat and then serving you food and cats jumping up on a chair next to you then this is the place for you . Unfortunately I do not .and we left the restaurant before ordering a meal . If the owner thinks that's having cats wondering around while you're eating is ok jumping up on chairs and tables It's ok then it's not for me . We won't be back .

Everything was perfect from start to finish. We decided that we wanted to go last minute on a Friday night so we rang to see if there was availability as we know that it gets busy. They managed to squeeze us in no problem! (I would advise booking to avoid disappointment) The staff are really pleasant and the place always has an excellent atmosphere, you feel as though you are in Greece.
