"We have been today as a party of 7 for afternoon tea. The food and presentation was delightful. Very well priced and good value and the setting is nice and airy and clean. My only criticisms are the young staff, they could benefit with a bit of customer service training. Although the afternoon tea comes with unlimited tea/coffee, not once did anyone ask us if we needed anything, we had to repeatedly ask for a coffee refill and often met with blank stares. (Rabbits in headlights come to mind). The other issue was the vegetarian afternoon tea contained a tuna fish sandwich. When we did manage to attract a waitresses attention and she went to check with the Chef. she then came back to tell us the chef thought Tuna fish was vegetarian (again maybe some training on vegetarianism for the chef may be needed). They did however replace the whole plate with the correct veggie options and very kindly removed it from the bill. On a whole a lovely afternoon just a bit more staff training to earn those 5 stars."

"The campsite and pub are outstanding! They offer fantastic gluten-free ales and a variety of drink options. The chef is truly exceptional, which means a lot coming from someone with coeliac disease. Many places fail to understand that dietary needs can be a matter of necessity rather than preference. As a coeliac, I have no choice, and I was very pleased with the service provided by Chef Gary. I can't comment on the accommodation since I don't believe it's available. However, I'm looking forward to returning to the campsite next year, and I've already reserved a table for sixteen for a Christmas dinner. Plus, it's worth mentioning that the pub is dog-friendly. What more could you ask for?"

"We had a wonderful meal last night. Opted for the taster menu and they were prepay to amend the choice slightly to cater for personal likes/dislikes. Staff were lovely, knowledgeable, friendly and super efficient. Absolutely nothing to point fault at BRILLIANT"

"So disappointing after reading previous reviews. Fish pie was 90% carrot with minimal salmon, one large haddock bone and chewy rubbery prawns. Garlic mushrooms £6.45 for 6 tiny mushrooms with burnt garlic and half a baguette Halloumi fries are just fried halloumi with no coating, they were crunchy and not cheesy at all My partner left half his burger. The only high point was the salad Service was table service but in spite of making it clear we were ready to order we had to watch the bar staff make themselves coffee and drink it before they came to take our order and take outdoor orders from other later tables ahead of us. Definitely never visiting again"

"We drove to The Broads in Sutton Staithe. The hotel was fully booked, so we decided to go to The Crown Inn, which was about a mile away. After navigating through various paintings, we finally found the pub. The staff was incredibly friendly and the food was delicious. I would say it was the best meal we had on our vacation. Overall, I would highly recommend this place. However, I would advise booking a taxi in advance like we did to get back to the hotel."
