Quirky little place with bags of character...food was delicious. My only negative was no cooked breakfast through the week.

Just had one of the nicest roast dinners I’ve ever had. Lovely to see a wide selection on menu and was so pleased to be able to choose honey mustard glazed gammon. It came out quickly on lovely hot plates with a delicious selection of seasonal veg. The staff were friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks will definitely be back with another group of friends

Visited today for lunch with my wife, we was a bit confused due to late listing of under new management but is is the same as it was only a few months ago. New manager is excellent nothing too much trouble, fantastic service and food was excellent, try the Korean chicken it is excellent , prawns cooked to perfection. Congratulations to management and kitchen staff we will be returning, the pub has totally uped its game we had a few issues before but recommend giving it a go

Went to this hotel to eat, not expecting much as the outside looks a little time-worn and could do with brightening up with hanging baskets. That is the reason for 4 stars rather than 5. Inside, the hotel is lit in a subdued manner which is oddly welcoming. We were greeted promptly and politely. The menu was pretty extensive but not massively expensive. The food was excellent and served by polite efficient staff. The wine was good too! The food and service was so good we went there twice whilst on a short break in Norfolk.
