The Mint - Piatti

Dinner with family, hubby and I both ordered sirloin but couldn't eat it as it was so tough and chewy. Staff were friendly. Wouldn't recommend or return though due to inedible meat.

You cannot fault the food or the service. We had steak pie and chicken with peppercorn. Both were delicious and just enough for an early lunch. Staff were first class and were not too busy to spend time at table. Highly recommend.

We didn't have a reservation, but the staff was kind and managed to find us a table. Despite being very busy, the service was excellent. The food was delicious, especially the vegetarian curry I had. The prices were very reasonable. I will definitely be coming back. Visualizza piatti

Great family restaurant or date night! The fish and chips and the steak pie were good, but not the best we've had, but the service and atmosphere made up for it. Also, the Pina Colada was the best I've ever had. I bit slack on the rum, but we are in Scotland--to be expected. Still it was delicious!

We booked a table to celebrate my sister's birthday. Every meal we had was delicious. Always piping hot and no long wait. The food is highly recommended but the staff really make us want to return time and time again as a family. They are very professional and friendly and I've never felt rushed or ignored. I would thoroughly recommend a visit to The Mint to anyone

Booked a table for two 4 days before Saturday 18/2/23 arrived at 7pm but had to wait ten minutes, then noticed the waitress asking a couple to move forward a bit then ,she then put a chair in the main walkway so the two of us could squeeze in to a high table . Totally unacceptable and asked if there was any decent tables my wife and I could be offered , the reply was no . Decided to leave and will never be back shocking customer service and as we where leaving notice a few tables empty in other parts of the restaurant Visualizza piatti

Just wanted to send a message to say thank you to all the staff last night. We were in for a large family birthday meal and honestly your staff were one of the nicest we have encountered for a very long time. They couldn’t do enough for us and were so pleasant in all they did do. Nothing was a problem or bother to them. The food and drinks were plentiful and excellent So thanks again The mint Coatbridge for helping to make the night so fantastic and enjoyable. We will be seeing you again soon your staff are a credit you you.

My son booked a table for 4 unfortunately 2 people could not make as we're ill we arrived at 17 55 for 1800 booking advised only 2 people would be dinning ok with that got our table had our food which was good just about to order our coffee girl arrived at table with bill we had to leave needed table walked away at no time were we told of a time limit looked around to see tables who were there before us still siting if 55 mins is all you get that's very tight but should inform you off this before you agree to dine here very disappointed we were enjoying ourselves too certainly will use somewhere else from now on our last visit we left a nice review about staff but that must have been a one o...

Some members of the family had eaten here previously and been impressed so was an easy choice for a family birthday. Shown immediately to a well spaced table at the rear of the restaurant, drinks order taken promptly and delivered to the table. Same with the food order. Up to this point this was a 10/10 visit. Any interaction with staff was cheerful, polite and timely. Everyone enjoyed their food although a recurring thought was the desire for more gravy with the beef daub. We were given time and space to enjoy both courses whilst being offered a second round of drinks which again arrived promptly.
