"Been here a few times before and it’s always been spot on, however not today. When has it ever been acceptable to allow dogs into a restaurant to yap and generally annoy other diners! This is not Wetherspoons! And a dog, presumably the owners, allowed to wander around people’s tables while they are eating! The food was quite honestly average. I had crumble and custard for dessert and it was cold, I sent it back, a new dish of hot crumble arrived but the little jug of custard was again, cold! It is not cheap to eat here, £150 for 4 people for a lunchtime, I expect a better experience than that! It’s such a shame as it was a great place to take friends for a ‘special’ meal, but we won’t be coming back any time soon"

Apart from being a great mid-way meeting point just off the M4, I thought the food and service was excellent. Will definitely return.

Have been here for lunch many times. Always a pleasure. Waiting staff excellent, looked after us well, not too pushy not too slow. Simply good with no complaints.

Booked this last minute, thankfully we weee able to get in for lunch, it was a special anniversary, although we didn’t broadcast this. We were made welcome, Denisa from Transalvania. think that was her name, was lovely, very attentive, giving us time to choose what we wanted. Food was good quality, service excellent. The reason I gave four stars was I think it’s pricey, no other reason. Thanks.
