"What a great pub. We have driven past the Springfield so many times, but had never visited, until now. What a fantastically situated pub. We sat outside in the gardens and it was great, it was quiet, clean and well maintained. The pub itself is tastefully set out and it makes you want to go in the evening. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. It is well priced and the food is fantastic, if you are a fan of a burger, then treat yourself to their signature burger, it looks and tastes superb. We will definitely be going again and I would suggest that everyone else gives it a try. A real hidden gem."

I have visited this restaurant a few times lately. On one occasion, I had the roast turkey dinner for Sunday lunch and it was absolutely delicious.

absolutely loved it here we came to visit my daughter great parents and came here for a meal.top service nice eating and the kokosmilch sorbet was to die for.will def visit again when we are back.

Was looking for something to eat, googled locally and Springfield showed up. It was a Brunch menu, breakfast. Full English was delicious and quality, 1 of the nicest breakfasts I've had in a very long time. I'll be back to try the regular menu, because if their breakfast is that good, the rest must be amazing.

I have been here a few times now and usually its really good food and service. But this time a lot of the food we wanted was sold out and then they changed the type of curry I ordered and to top it off I found a bone (and not a little one) in my curry! Hoping the next visit will be better, although I think I will leave it for a while to give me time to forget about the bone
