"I went for Sunday lunch at this restaurant and was extremely impressed. The food was delicious and the service was fast and attentive. There were plenty of vegetarian and gluten-free options available. I will definitely be returning in the future. The restaurant has a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, and is dog-friendly in the bar area. The menu had a fantastic selection for vegetarians and those with gluten allergies. The sticky toffee pudding was particularly outstanding. I would rate the service and location both a 5 out of 5."

"We have enjoyed dining at this restaurant before, but yesterday we decided to try the Beef Roast. The beef itself was delicious, but the roast potatoes appeared to be frozen and the portion of cauliflower cheese was minimal. The stuffing ball was hard and dry. The Coke tasted strange, possibly due to the drink lines being cleaned. After drinking it, I felt bloated and have been experiencing abdominal discomfort and an upset stomach since."

"Where do I even begin? The service from the woman behind the bar was shocking. When I inquired about dairy-free options for my son, I was told that nothing could be modified and that they don't cater to allergies at all! I pointed out the menu's claim that they could accommodate such needs, but my concerns were met with an eye roll. I then tried to order him some chips, but was told they were fried in the same oil as dairy and meat products, and since we are vegetarian, that wouldn't work. I asked about the vegan dishes, only to learn that they are also prepared alongside meat products, so there's no guarantee they would actually be vegan. At this point, my daughters had already become excited about eating out and the play area, so I reluctantly decided to go along with it and ordered three sandwiches on granary bread and a child's fish and chips. My son had a packet of crisps. When the sandwiches arrived, they were absolutely terrible. The cheese and onion sandwich consisted of two slices of cheap store-bought bread, some pre-grated cheese, and a few onion slices—without even a hint of butter! It certainly wasn’t inexpensive; we paid £45 for four soft drinks, three sandwiches, and a child's meal. As for the play area, it was concerning—there were sharp screws poking through the wood chips, loose sharp fixtures on top of the slide, and a large exposed electric cable under the swings! We decided to leave swiftly; it was such a disappointing way to end our holiday, when it should have been a lovely final meal before heading home. I was appalled by their attitude towards me—I felt like an inconvenience. The food was awful, and I genuinely recommend avoiding this place if you are vegan or have allergies; even if a dish is labeled vegan, they certainly don’t take the necessary precautions to keep it separate from meat products. It’s truly unfortunate, as the location by the river is beautiful, and we were all so excited to be there, but we left feeling very disappointed. We definitely won't be returning."

"I ordered a takeaway online too collect. For 3 people it came too £55, which I thought was resonable for what we had ordered. Collected it and drove home which was about 15mins away, the food was still hot which was good. We then opened the food and that's where the disappointment started. The burgers were bigger than the bun, which was soggy amd had old lettuce in it. The bottom had pretty much disappeared which made it horrible too eat. The portions of fries were very small, we had about 15 fries each. The calzones we ordered were both burnt and the pots of dip were pointless, as there was hardly any dip in them. For the amount we spent on the meal it was very disappointing! I was looking forward too trying this restaurant out because we'd heard good reviews! The service was prompt and it arrived on time which was great, but after trying it I definately won't be ordering a takeaway again. I thought it was poor quality and it didn't taste the best either. Im sorry but I really feel like it was a waste of my money. Thanks"

"In 11 years on this estate I’ve only had one breakfast here and I think it was buffet style then Aug 2015) but can’t be sure. My wife and I had a large breakfast and the kids had 3 X kids breakfasts £3.75). The large breakfasts really are quite huge, 4 sausages, 4 Hash browns, 2 rashers of bacon, 2 eggs, 1 piece of white toast wish they had choice of brown or seeded) and beans. My wife got less beans than the kids for some reason, so not consistent with the sizes, but overall a decent brekkie and the cappuccinos were lovely!! I’m so pleased they allow dogs now, it makes it much more viable to visit."
