"update nov 2017 they have now a vegan menu, but they need to ask for it, they had several nice options, both the veg chili and the butternut squash chili were very good. old review I was with my family Vege/Vegan in croyde and so we went to eat in the thatch. we had already sent them by email to ask about vegan options and they had said they were happy to change. a helpful waiter came out to answer my questions and it turned out that the beetroot and aubergine curry vegan was made with little fuss. it was also really nice, and a good size. they seemed to have a few other options like a mushroom burger (only a big mushroom in a burger. I put this here and see that it is not on happy cow: I would also recommend the blue groove in croyde, they brought the allergy brochure fast and were happy to change dinge, I had the 5 bean enchilada without the acid looked or cheese and it was really nice that chili was very well made. they also seemed to do a curry that could be both changeable and a mushroom burger as the thatch. not the biggest places for vegans, but I ate well without too much to melt: I give them 3 stars. updated by previous review on 2015 09 22"

they now have a vegan menu. the options are usually the same as the regular menu with bite missing ie cream / cheese etc. nevertheless really nice eating!

the food was delicious and all the meals came together. the service was friendly and efficient and controlled if we needed something else. thatch would recommend for a pleasant place with really nice eating.
