I recently visited this restaurant for a meal and was impressed by the delicious food, friendly service, and warm welcome we received. I highly recommend this place for a great dining experience and a cold beer!

Visited as a family of 4 twice in a few days. We had lasagne, chicken pie and several curries a seafood one and beef balti (specials on a daily basis). Been coming here for years. Always great food and service. Pleasant atmosphere and good beer selection.

Came here while staying at Ruda holiday park down the road, managed to get in the small car park which was a minor miracle, had two rounds of drinks and a beef nachos sharing dish, very nice. All of the other food that came out looked good. It did get quite a lot busier through the afternoon and there were some long queues at the bar at times. However enjoyed the visit and can be recommended.

I can't understand how anyone could give this restaurant a negative review. I called the day before and asked for a table for 16 people, and they managed to fit us in. The staff were all happy, friendly, and professional. The menu was simple but effective. The food was incredible - we all agreed that the Sunday Roast was the best we've ever had, and the Cauliflower cheese was absolutely delicious. There were plenty of vegetables and extra gravy to go around. The desserts were also amazing, with huge portions that could easily be shared. Our only regret was not coming here sooner. We're already planning another trip nearby just so we can eat here again!

Came here with family on a Sunday evening. It's great value, unpretentious pub food in a lovely setting. The standard menu is wide-ranging, with vegan options, and then there's the Specials Board. The food portions are very generous, and all meals arrived piping hot. We each had different dishes and found them tasty and filling. They had 3 bitters on the night we were there. Proper Job and Tribute were popular choices, as were the ciders. Perhaps the best part of all is the great service. From the moment we arrived, the staff seem genuinely pleased and proud to serve you.
