Just returned from lunch with my friend. Lovely wee afternoon, nice atmosphere and lunch was very enjoyable. The staff were hardworking and pleasant.

Visited the beer garden with my boyfriend today for a few drinks, quick and friendly service despite being so busy! Beer garden was clean and spacious.

Went to the windmill for an early dinner with my family , ordered two burgers and a fish sandwich, Food was lovely Yvonne, Holly and Erin couldn’t do enough for us lovely to chat to the girls .

Visited the windmill recently for dinner with friends and was greeted by neesha, she sat us to a table quickly especially since it was busy! The food was lovely and dj was great Will definitely be back

Went in today for lunch for the first time and it was delicious. I has the halloumi fries which normally comes with garlic mayo but I asked for sweet chilli dip, they were crispy and the cheese melted in my mouth. for mains I got the mix grill

My husband and I visited this restaurant on the last day of my vacation as a special treat, and I was not disappointed! The food was incredible, the service was excellent, and Yvonne, our server, took great care of us. The atmosphere was fantastic, and we will definitely be returning in the future!

Went there 3 weeks ago but I think they had staff problems, food was not up to standard but it did not put me off as I have had many a good meal there, have been twice since then and the food was great, staff very attentive and friendly, keep up the good work guys as this is my favourite place to eat every Friday

So.... Thought I would try this place again. Been well over a year and a half since the last visit and I can say I was pleasantly surprised. The standards seem to have improved and with it being decently busy that is a great indicator. And although the staff seem relatively new there is one familiar face who is always a delight to see Holly Marie, such an infectious smile and care free attitude certainly gives this place the edge (hint: hold onto the ones like this, gives that extra wee star!

Food and drink was good value for money. All the food tasted nice, good portion sizes and went down a treat. Halloumi fries and the sweet potato fries are recommended. Staff were extremely nice, friendly and welcoming. Cannot fault them whatsoever. Tables and interior were clean and tidy. The bar next door was busy but we wouldn't have known as didn't hear any noise from there. No issues in getting a table, but it was Tuesday night. We didn't realise, but remember to use your Meerkat Meals voucher to get 25% off your meals Monday-Wednesday. We'll definately be back.
