"We have a place in the village of Genalguacil and keep meaning to visit Venta Las Cruces when we are here. Well, today we did and we certainly were not disappointed. We were greeted by the very friendly and welcoming owner and chose to sit outside. It was a little chilly and he very kindly offered to put the patio heater on for us. We ordered pork chops, pork steak and entrecôte steak, all of which was cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious. My husband had the vegetables with his pork steak and they were so tasty. We will definitely be returning, and look forward to visiting when the weather is a little warmer and being able to sit in the evening looking at the stunning view of the mountains, enjoying great food and drink."

The food at Venta las Cruces is great. Home cooked lovely Andalusian cooking. A lovely location in a must visit village. Try the gazpacho or the tapa's. It is also a great stop for a coffee.

Delicious home cooked food, good value for money. Friendly staff. Tapas or meals available. Thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant as an alternative to the fabulous restaurant in our hotel La Posada Del Recovero and the tasty tapas at El Patio in the village.

Un pueblo precioso, casi sin bares y ellos que, están distinguidos en la comarca, dan un servicio malo, falta profesión! Le salva que la comida esta rica, aunque nos hayan puesto los últimos restos de secreto que les quedaba (tenía que haberle hecho una foto). Y el sitio, estas en medio del monte, a 200m del pueblo. Un valle maravilloso!!!
