Yesterday it was now ready, we got a rich menu to choose, and many seasonal asparagus dishes were included. we chose plum bee meat with fried clings and sour wort (very good) and vernacular paillons or so similar to forest mushrooms and bammes (so called the kartoffel buffer from raw clapped ig). the bammes were out of the bag, because otherwise it cannot be realized for reasons of space with a full local cuisine (e.g. the chef's statement). because they were very good, "sweet it" as they say here.The mushrooms are very well seasoned and tasted and the meat is very good, and not too dry. prices slightly higher, but unfortunately in the region so. it has been rewarded, also because of the friendly staff and the chef who patiently gave out what is prepared... from outside, this looks a little inconspicuous locally, but is embedded in a beautiful, quiet forest area. inside it is bright and clean but without higlits, so somewhat boring. but you could upgrade it with more pfiff and color and a few loving detailing so that there is an Aha effect when entering.
