great Sunday dinner. our whole group was very happy with their meals. there was a friendly welcome and service was very efficient at a reasonably busy afternoon. the pub is very popular and from good ground! there is a good playground outside which our children really enjoyed. highly recommended.

Visited the White Horse on a busy Sunday without a booking, they were very busy but still happy to accommodate us on one of their bar tables. My Wife is Gluten Free and Vegetarian but their menu was FULL of Gluten Free options for her to choose from. Staff were great and food was bang on for a country pub.

Been here a handful of times now, great service, excellent Sunday lunch, great beers, proper country pub. Half way point between us and other family so this pub has become a great Sunday afternoon meeting place. Finally, a family-friendly national pub that has it all! Our family gathering felt more like a day out rather than just a meal at a pub. The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding. There were plenty of activities for the kids, making it a fun experience for everyone. Thank you, Hannah and Lee, for making us feel so welcome. We had a wonderful time!

This is one of the rare pubs where you can count on a delicious meal from Monday to Friday, and they even serve a fantastic Sunday Roast on Wednesdays! Plus, it’s dog-friendly. For families, there are plenty of outdoor activities for kids, including play equipment, table tennis, table football, and swingball. Service is excellent, and it’s a great spot for dinner!

We had a family dinner here today and it was a fantastic experience. The staff was attentive and friendly, and nothing felt bothersome. All the food we ordered arrived exactly as we wanted. We didn’t have to wait long for our meals either. The food was delicious and of great quality. Everything was clean and well-maintained. There’s also a lovely garden outside for the kids to enjoy!
